Bulldog Septic, Terrebonne OR

Bulldog Septic came out on a emergency they pumped my septic tank. I give them props that's a dirty job! I couldn't be more impressed that they took the time to explain how the septic system works and benefits of maintenance. She even took the time to take pictures of inside my tank to show me. I have had other companies come out and they wouldn't give me the time of day life time customer here thank you guys

Larry and his team was more than responsive. They did a wonderful job, was prompt, and very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone needing septic service. Thanks Larry!

I found out after I hired them that they are not licensed contractors. I absolutely do not recommend Bulldog Septic.

Reviews tell the real story. They are very professional, responsive to my needs immediately on the phone. Spot on for expiditing what needed to be done first and for most, and then to followup with the lesser needs.

Had to replace my inlet pipe two days after moving into our renovated home. Kim was SO helpful. Walked me through everything, answered my Qs and even called to check on us to make sure all was working well. Couldn't have been more impressed and will be using them in the future no question.

What amazing people at this company, I had a septic emergency and after hours of calling every company I could they came out immediately and helped us in our time of need all the way from Terrabone, they gave us no bs and did not try to make more money off us, so thankful for them, I highly recommend

I had Bulldog Septic come out and pump/inspect my septic system. I chose them because their price was reasonable compared to others I got quotes from and they were able to come out quickly. Everything went great until it was time for payment. I received an invoice as part of an e-mail chain with my real estate agent, who scheduled the service. In the e-mail it stated the amount due. I e-mailed the company to ask about my payment options, specifically asking about paying with check or credit card. I received a reply stating either was fine. I called Bulldog the next day and spoke with Kim Dobbs. I gave Kim my credit card info and confirmed the amount with her. Kim now told me the amount was well higher than the invoice amount. When I asked why it was now higher she told me the credit card company charges them a 10% fee, which she has to pass on. I told her I would just pay with a check because there was no way I was paying a 10% fee. Kim told me she already ran the card. I told her to credit my card back and I would send a check. She told me she didn't trust that I would pay after she cancelled the card transaction. We went back and forth with Kim refusing to cancel my card transaction. My real estate agent had to take a check to her at 7pm to satisfy her! I will NOT be doing business with this company again. Very unprofessional!

Showed up without any notice while I had guests staying at our house and then they got offended when I requested that they give me a heads up before they come so I can plan on a day with no plumbing. Then they cancelled on me when they couldn't get the parts, saying they would reschedule and they never did. Then not answering phone calls or returning my calls after I've been trying to reach them for months. Then they told my landlord that I "chased them off the property twice" which isn't true, Ive been trying for months to contact them, have left multiple voicemails and no one returning my call. We've been trying to get our septic line fixed for 7months and they still haven't given us a date for the repair.

If you need your septic serviced I'd recommend these guys. Great service, friendly people and fair pricing.

This morning on a Saturday and in the middle of a pandemic our septic was beyond full. We called around to numerous companies and due to Covid19 no one would come out. We were recommended to Bull Dog and within 2 hours of our call they showed up right in the middle of a huge thunder storm and got us taken care of. We highly recommend and will be recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you again so much!

I am so thankful for Bulldog Septic. One of their competitors, a well-known, established company that I've used for years has been "cleaning" the grease trap for my restaurant at double the cost of what Bulldog charges, and yet did less than half the quality cleaning Bulldog Septic did! They treat their customers with respect and dignity, and truly care about the quality of their work. Definitely recommend!
