Burger King, Hermiston OR

Eat there almost every day. The Whopper is the best affordable burger around. Don't take a genius to see the price difference and quality of BK over McDonald's. McDonald's has a good deal on their soda, but the price and quality of their food leaves something to be desired.

Went to Burger King in Hermiston, Oregon to get an iriginal chicken sandwich and an Italian chicken sandwich with onion rings, the person taking the order kept saying did i want the other sandwich that there were 2, , kept saying what i wanted
but getting the same dialog and so i ended up ordeting an original chicken sandwich and a whopper both with fries. Once at the window found out the only thing he ordered for me was the original chicken sandwich and fries, went thru tje order sgain and the nutcase still didn't get it, so order again the original chicken and a whopper both with fries, this happened Thursday night a little after 9pm, i may or may not go back again, this was totally ridiculous, I am thinking this person really didn't know what was on the menu

Never fails I ask no onions and still I get onions. The girl with the long fake nails is very rude.

William was extremely rude and unprofessional.i am a woman and he seems to think he’s better than be because of this.will not be returning to this location.

Well it is not so good so disappointed in what they have become it used to be my favorite place for there hamburger but no more

Food was good. Front counter was ready and welcoming, no wait. Kitchen was very busy due to drive-thru and took a few minutes to get order ready. They indicate they are hiring around $13+/hour to start entry level positions.

Hermiston BK has really gone down hill. I just got back from there after initially going through the drive through. I ordered two Quarter Pound Kings with ketchup, mustard and extra onions and pickles. They originally gave me two regular Whoppers with nothing on them. I took them back in to have them fixed, only to have them take two more attempts and still get them WRONG! After an hour and three full attempts, the lady working handed me a small box of cheese because the last attempts were both missing it. So this is what I got. It's still incorrect. And when I asked for a refund and asked if they'd want the burgers back (so as to prove I wasn't just wanting free food), they told me "No. This is all I can do". I guess the people working there right now don't know the difference between a Whopper sandwich and a Quarter Pound King because they are two completely different sandwiches! I even showed her a picture of it after the second screw up and she still couldn't (or wouldn't) replicate it. And to top all this off, I had ordered fries with the original purchase and I couldn't eat them because they were stale! Thanks, Hermiston BK.

Was in line for 10 minutes before being helped, the speaker wasn’t working so we decided to pull through to go inside, the door was locked so we went through the drive in again with extremely slow service and our order messed up

Took forever to order my food due to staffing issues. Took forever to get my food due to staffing issues. Food was decent for fast food. Restaurant shut down due to staffing issues while I was in the restaurant, leaving several already paid customers with out their food. Also locked the main door with customers inside. There was a side door that could be opened from the inside.

No bacon and no chicken and asked for a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and got 3 and didn’t have the correct change.

Pretty good when I need something not the usual taste of fast food. Love the cheap nuggets! 10 for 1.50 is a great deal and I like these ones better than McDonalds.

Extremely rude. And how does a burger joint run out of hamburgers? (conveniently right around closing time.) also was reminded about 3 that they were about to close in 30 minutes what a joke don't go here these at the burger kings that give all of the other burger Kings a bad name

Short staffed that fulfill orders before they take more. Have to ask everyone to bring up the receipt to make your order. Food half cooked.

Ordered, 7 min later, had to give me the receipt to prove what I got so they could make it. Same with the other 7 people in the store.

I go to this Burger King about once every 6 months. I like Burger King but whenever I go here it takes so long to get the food and they always get my order wrong. Burger King is a good chain but this particular restaurant is not well managed. The kids working there are usually really nice though.

They take forever and the have a sign saying if the forget to give you your recipe the meal is free and they didn't honor it to the people that was in front of us and also me and a couple of the other people hear one of the associate tell the manager the messed up on a burger and the manager told them who care server it anyway, so me and my wife and I think one or two other people left after hearing that.
