Standard fast food. Great for grabbing a bite omw to my hood. I stop by every week during the snow season.

I just had the best BK visit ever! The staff were all friendly and efficient, and very helpful with me and my twin 5 year olds.

Some of your staff is rude to their customers. I was there today at noon and you had 3 people working. Your cook was helping me place my order. He was nice and your person taking the orders wouldn't help me. Her exact words to me was that she was busy with her customer and I had to wait! Then after the cook came and I was like oh no I didn't want that. She again told us to be quit cause she couldn't hear her customers. Then she decided to put her orders out first knowing that they had my order ready. I just needed it. Talk about horrible service and I will probably never come back! Look at your cameras it was today at 1159. You will see my head shaking.
Best service at a BK in a LONG time! The gal who took our order did fantastic at not only getting the order the first time but repeated it back to confirm and was super polite! Will return when in the area!
I can't help but wonder if the owner of this place has any idea of just how little the employees care about the quality of the food they put out, example, they actually put a piece of lettuce the size of a postage stamp on my wife's cold whopper, no lie, the size of a postage stamp. I guess they figure who cares. My meal was a reheated pile of goo that tasted as flat as it looked and obviously nobody cared. BK is off my list for good and that's too bad.
I was in there on Monday 8/22/22 and 2 people working 1 took my order and messed it all up so I went inside and waited about 10 at the counter then a kid came from outside and reaked of pot but customer service really stinks you don't find that at the other restaurants in Sandy.
Lobby has been open daily for several months now. Staff has gotten better, food is fresher and wait times are significantly lower. Building is noticeably cleaner.
Nice clean and not to many people. Very quick great service. The only thing was the drink dispenser was not working at all.
Food is okay when you can get it.
There is no lobby access for people not using a car or just want to walk/bike there for lunch. They opened it up a couple days ago because their drive-thru did maintenance and then went right back to not serving people on-foot. Their lobby has been closed for years and they make no effort to hire more people to run it. They are operating on the skeleton-est of crews. I don't know who is in charge of this one but they're not handling the hiring and maintenance well.
Ordered a Whopper with Cheese and a Bacon King, no meals. Got charged for meals and when we got home the Bacon king was missing a patty, the cheese and all the bacon. This sucked! Get better!
Even with me being the only person there all these people care about is their timer at the window. Wanted me to pull around in front and wait and the only reason I come here is to get food for the kids before school.
I normally go here for breakfast in the morning but the woman running the drive thru was extremely rude we ordered a egg-normous burrito and my mom forgot to say she didint want there disgusting sauce on it. When my mom apologized and asked the woman if she could get it without sauce (still in the drive thru speaker not at the window yet) the woman responded by saying "we already made it" that's terrible customer service I'm never going back and giving them my money ever again. The sandy burger king has always had terrible employees and customer service they should just shut it down and put a Arby's there or something better.
One of the employees was very rude. She not only messed up our food and drink order in multiple ways, gave us NO napkins, and only one straw, but she also had an attitude about it while offering zero apologies. It’s one thing to wait in a long and slow line for cold food but to do it twice to be met with disrespect for no reason was very uncalled for.
I have eaten here several times and my food is always cold. I made a point of asking them to make my burger fresh that I keep getting cold burgers the cheese won't even melt. They said no problem. Guess what that's my last time getting any food here, COLD AGAIN! I don't like cold food when it's supposed to be hot and fresh.
