Burger King, Troutdale OR

I just left and I ordered the ghost Burger meal. I didn't pay attention to the menu and got confused on the pricing so when I got to the window I asked for just the burger with no meal. They changed my order with no hassle and pulled me forward to wait. I made a little joke when the guy passed out the burger he laughed and I went on my way. I get home and realize that there are fries in my bag and I was elated. Burger King fries are the best and that's really why I came until I saw the ghost burger and my priorities changed. It was really sweet of the guy at the window to not laugh at me when I was broke and it was nice for the guy that passed out my food to laugh at my joke even though it probably was the 100th time you heard it today. Thank you to whoever slipped me the fries and thank you to the staff you guys were awesome and you made my night. As you can see the fries didn't last long.

Absolutely trash. This is a poor excuse for a food establishment. Quality of food is equivalent to the substance you'd find in a homeless persons shoes. I'd rather dumpster dive than ever go here again. The management is the worst I've ever experienced. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under a manager who is discriminatory and unprofessional like the tyrant that runs that place. Shame on Burger King for allowing such incompetence

Burger King had a special buy one get one so we got Quarter Pounders add lettuce tomato and onion it was delicious. The customer service was very good as well.

Use to be a favorite. Closed lobby makes them more money is all, less staff drive through only. Former customer.

My work truck cannot fit through the drive thru. Tried to go inside but it was closed. Said they would not take my order unless I used the drive thru. Dumb

Wasn't to impressed with service. He handed me the wrong drink as if I was gonna take it. No communication except for processing payment. I felt ignored and this was in drive thru. I should've went to Long John's.

If you need a quick stop for some food Burger King is the place to go for fast food that's better than other restaurants (McDonald's).

Once again they forget something. The customer service is not good, the guy doesn't even want to be there, find another job. At least they put a sign to tell us the shakes machine is down.

Like their spicy crispy chicken, too bad their slushier machine isn't working 75% of the time

Went there ordered got no receipt got home realized i had paid 10.50 for onion rings and a drink went back to get my sandwich and was handed a crusty monstrosity

I usually come to this location every Saturday or Sunday night to get something light every time after work and staff was kind and got everything I asked for and my order correctly without missing a single item in my bag. There are times when they are super busy at night and they were super apologetic about it that they gave me a free drink while waiting for my order! Never a disappointment, great experience every visit

I regularly stop getting some food in this spot. I like the swift service and well prepared food. Never disappointing.

I love the fact that if I don't want to cook GrubHub can bring it. Also there getting more vegetarian friendly you have to try the jalapeno cheddar bits omg I'm addicted

I dont think that is right for all Burger Kings people should be served at the door for takeout not at the drive thru
