16Quick & easy to get into, lunchtime or holidays are a bit congested in drive-thru but thats fast food anywhere, clean inside & out, great staff & service.
I ordered 2 of the $6 my choice meals, I chose 2 original chicken sandwiches, 2 fries, 2: 4 piece chicken nuggets and 2 diet cokes with extra ice in both. I didn't modify the meals, yet my bill was $18.75. There was only 1: 4 piece nuggets, the fries were luke warm and hardly any ice. It was after we left and went to a parking lot of a store I was going into before my mom's eye injections, otherwise I would have went back and complained about the problems. The personnel wasn't friendly, where usually they were. The whole atmosphere was very different from what they had even a month ago. I didn't realize that I paid more for our meals than what I was supposed to pay out for our meals, because of what I have ordered the same things before.
Good for fast food. A lot of people these days hate on Burger King. Perhaps this is a relatively good one? Anyways, I have always been satisfied with whatever I have purchased here.
Very poor customer service! The individual at the window was real rude to my fiancé and I over a coupon issue. Not only that, but the food we received was poorly made and missing lettuce. I couldn’t eat my sandwich as it looked repulsive.
Great service and friendly staff. Place was clean and food was hot and fresh.came in with a large group and order was less then $100.we don't usually stop at quick service stops.but was 100% worth the stop.
I really like the food but it's always causes me to be sick but it is always good food the service is pretty mediocre same with the atmosphere but still good for a quick bite.
Food was good, but Jose couldn't figure out how to use coupons, then took a bunch of the coupons I didn't even use. He was really easily irritated. ️
Service great that needs to improve food quality order the chicken patty requested the hold on mayonnaise which they did but the sandwich only consisted of a little bit of iceberg lettuce fresh chicken patty and a squished bun
Normally we don't eat here. A lot of times they've gotten our drive thru order wrong in some way. Tonight was much better though. Eduardo was very nice and helpful inside the restaurant. We had to go in because the app wasn't working and he helped us. They also made our food just right.
Let the staff know that the soda machine tasted like straight soda water and the expediter said not to drink the ones we poured and she would get us new ones. She told the manager on duty who said they are fine. Good thing I had cash because the card readers were down to. Lots of customers left do to cash only. We had to go to the store for drinks. Very rude manager in duty.
Don't know if it's new management or new hires.
But either way they are in a decline in customer service and hospitality.
Continuous Bad attitude and talking terribly to customers when told they got the order wrong not once but twice ; Is very unprofessional and a terrible look on the community ;

I've had item missing from my order here. I either called in or let the attendant know at the order kiosk and they kindly added the item to the order free of charge. Always good customer service here.
There’s a worker named nester I believe and I saw him scratch his head and pick his nose. Then he proceeded to make burgers. Either fire this worker or shut this place down.
I'm only giving 1star so I can leave this review, but I'd give ZERO if I could.
Correct the situation with Pamela Mashburn in FL, or we will NEVER patronize this chain again. Ana Cruz should be fired.
My wife and I had been driving back from L. A.and decided to take a chance with B. K. We're both in our 60's and stopped going to B. K.decades ago because the stores in our home town (Spokane) are older, dirty, poorly run, no pulse employees have that (I'm forced to work here look). She has always loved flame broiled type burgers. Wow, what a difference. I seriously don't think the bathrooms could of been any cleaner unless you pressure wash them. Very friendly staff, very clean lobby, soda dispenser area, and outside. The food spot on. Hot fires and burgers. Ok, the In and Out burger in California was better but BKing fries at this store were hot and better tasting. One thing was very obvious, great leadership at this store. Definitely stop again on our next trip
