Burger King, Gresham OR

Worst meal ever! Food was cold and had a weird taste. I was traveling through and was not able to go back. Threw it away and stopped at panda. Never again!

A mistake was made on one burger and she replaced it immediately.
Asked for CRISPY fries and they were wonderful.
Irritated that I had together a person to unlock the bathroom.
And the bathroom was not very clean.

Ordered a big king to go and realized it was a cheeseburger by the time I got home. No big so I forget about it. Decide to go again a week later and ordered double bk stacker. I looked in the bag before leaving and it was basically a double cheeseburger with bacon. Not really blaming anyone there, if that’s how the company is advertising products then no wonder all burger kings have low reviews. Paid $4.50 for the double stack. Went to a different Burger King and ordered a dbl cheese burger. It was the same thing but the cheeseburger ended up being slightly larger and cheaper so not sure what the big difference on those 2 sandwiches are. Scam •_•

Girl kept rushing us to order. So, we just said a bacon cheese burger and western burger. Both where cold and and where is the bacon on the bacon cheese burger more like bacon bites also looked like thrown together. Unfortunately, unable to add a picture.

You know you’re at a classy Burger King when they make you pay before you use the bathroom. Also, bathroom wasn’t even clean. Not great policy.

I would love for you to be amazing cause I live close but y'all were terrible horrible food bad service so disappointing

This BK is barely busy so the wait in the drive thru is next to no time spent waiting. Of course I was mid day between lunch and dinner rush so that might have been why. Service was great, the girl working the drive thru was nice and friendly. My food was ready by the time I got around the building. Food was hot and fresh tasting.

Excellent customer service. I forgot to add some condiments to my sandwich on my online order and they just made it happen for me. Would come back again 10/10. So grateful.

Ordered food at drive-thru. Good part was the food tasted good. When & Why is the breakfast time ordering over at 10: 30am? Thought it was to be till 11: 00am! That's why McDonald's is soooo busy from 10: 25 till 11: 00.

I recommend either the Bacon King, or the Southwest Bacon Whopper. They're fantastic!

I got some excellent service today from your employee named Bomber. He was friendly, polite, attentive and helped me efficiently with a complex order.

I cannot believe how much the sizes of our food has changed. The hamburger I was eating was considered a Whopper Jr. Far from it. And the french fries weren't even filled up all the way. Wonderful customer service, however, I believe everyone could agree on this, what is happening to the size of our food?
Like my husband said, Carl's Jr is the way to go. And our opinion, it seems like a famous start is still the size of a famous

Employees were rude, argued as to why I was back for replacements. Loud and obnoxious. Burgers were cold and the onion rings were soft and chewy. The employee straight up and told me that I was wrong but he would get me replacements. Replacements were just the same. Never going back there again

The lady taking my order was extremely rude. She was charging me for meals I didn't even order. Then I told her it was wrong and she yelled the order back to me. I proceeded to tell her it was wrong. After correcting my order she asked how many drinks I wanted. I had already given her my drink order. We got that situated. When I pulled up I didn't get a hello, an amount, a smile, nothing. She grabbed my card, handed me my food, and never looked at me. Probably to rudest experience I've had at a fast food place. Very disappointing!

Went in for a burger, this guy Eric messed up my order. I went back in just trying to correct it when he said I was the one at fault and I'm the one who didn't specify when I was super clear. Guy argued with me like he gets charged for every burger he messes up on. He could have easily given me the correct order, even offered to pay and all would have been done but instead decided to argue with me for 5 mins straight.

The Bacon Whopper Melt was delicious. Both hubby and I had one, and enjoyed giving these another shot. Last ones were just cold, definitely redeemed themselves. The fries however, could use some heat. The service was friendly and not rushy. There was no wait in the drive thru around 1130am. The parking lot was pretty empty if you need a place to sit and enjoy your BK. Overall good for a quick bite.

If you raise your food prices please be sure to take extra time to make sure everything is there! Outrageous prices for minimal food cold, buns hard and missing food. Very very disappointed in the service and quality of your food.
