Burger King, Roseburg OR

Went thru drive thru food was not fresh I had onion rings with my burger and they was stale and did not taste like onion rings girl at drive thru was not very welcoming will not order from here again to much money for the way the food taste and you will be wasting your money if you come to this place

Food is good. Guy serving in drive thru had dirty fingernails that's just disgusting. Hope he wasn't cooking.

I'm not really a fan of burger King but my son is vegan and he likes their vegan burgers, so I go too. I cannot disrespect the restaurant because of my tastes.

One star for being closed within their hours of operation and not putting any signs up. I sat in the drive-thru waiting for someone to respond to me because the restaurant supposed to be open.

Had burgers and fries, and the fries were too salty, and we also had drinks that didn't have any ice, and it was a hot day. I didn't order the drinks with no ice. The staff was okay. When asked about the ice, she said the machine wasn't working properly. The jalapeno poppers were cold and so were the mozzarella sticks.

Everything was perfect. And the staff happy to help with my order by changing it answering questions. It's always nice when the staff treats you like a customer should

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and they put the original chicken patty on it. It's completely different and I was very disappointed!

Winter Easter Sunday like 7: 30 in the morning Wait 5 minutes or so no one ever took my order So I Went to McDonald's

This is the only BK I go to, I’m a single Mom and my Son only eats so many different food items due to his autism so when I need a break from cooking or just don’t have time we go here often. We are always treated beyond kindly with cheerful workers, who always say kind words to us. The world can be harsh to disabled people, but we are always treated above and beyond nicely here even if it’s just going threw the drive up. Thank you Roseburg BK for giving this single mom a break, and always treating us so tender heartedly.

The morning staff is always friendly, kind, professional and speedy. Stopping by every morning for breakfast on my way to the office I am guaranteed a friendly smile.

Appeared to be only one person working in the entire restaurant. The cashier was handling money, and then preceded to handle my food without gloves and she did not wash her hands. Very unsanitary, food went straight into the trash when I got home. A complete waste of money. I have reached out to customer service in hopes of getting a refund. If cleanliness is of any importance to you I would avoid this Burger King.

Nice wait in the drive thru in the rain. With no cover, but made the food that much better.

The manager or maybe hes some type of lead (I want to say his name is Jeremy or something that starts with a J, possibly), is ALWAYS grouchy and abrupt. I thought he was having a bad day but hes the same every time. Any question is met with a tone that shows he is miserable.

So if you've worked fast food then you basically know that it's pretty much law that fried food is cooked to order with the exception of fries and/or tots. I ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick and it was ready by the time we got to the window and when I looked at them they were old and gross, they were nothing even remotely close to fresh or warm. They weren't even crispy. Burger King is a joke.
