Hamburger Restaurant Burgerville reviews
33 I've never been to a burger place where I only order the fish. Their fried halibut and fries is the most delicious fried fish I've ever had. I don't know if it's because they just do it great or if halibut is just my favorite fish to eat but it's just so good. And the fries are amazing. They also have delicious sweet cream shakes. No vanilla, just that rich taste of cream.
This place is one of the very few places where I'm willing to wait in a long line. (Thankfully their drive thru line move fast from my experience)
It's not open yet for dine in, and we didn't check to make sure we had everything we ordered. We were missing part of the kid's meal, an ice cream sandwich, and one of the milkshakes didn't have whipped cream on it.
However, the food was really good and it was nice to have gluten free and dairy free options for the people in our group with dietary restrictions.
The garlic aioli was fantastic to dip fries in or put on our burgers.
This place is always busy which is a good sign generally. However in the last year there is a highly dangerous traffic jam trying to get in and the traffic going down the road. That mixed with the app not working well if at all. Until something changes i would avoid the hassle here that you experience all for a burger. Please know I'm saying don't shop at Burgerville. We went down the road to the next one and everything's fine. Burgerville food is great and a treat i always look forward to. That location tho needs reworked.
Got a pepper bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap and almost half the patty wasn’t there.
They made a new one, but still, it means that no ones checking quality of what goes out the drive through window. Also, they didn’t even offer compensation.
The burger was good, just horrible long line thru the drive thru. The curbside was super fast and easy. Prices were about typical but the menu was minimal.
Their people are rude and every restaurant does pick ups different! Some want drive thru. Some say call them.make up your minds! Damn!
It ticks me off that they aren't open for breakfast anymore. But otherwise, I love this place. The best and least fattening fast-food around. Locally sourced too!
Better fish than you can get at the coast. And the best potatoes. Order your food fresh. It will take longer. Pay a good tip because this is not Taco Time food.
Good quality fast food, with burgers, veggie burgers, fish and chips, and good salads. Their seasonal rosemary fries are delicious!
One of the truly great fast food places. Very good hamburgers and great fast food halibut. If you have the opportunity, Burgerville is worth eating at.
I ordered a Mocha Perk and received a coffee? Shake. The cashier didn't say they no longer make Mocha Perk or that they would be substituting something different. You guys got the 2nd star because they refunded my money. Very disappointing.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, and they misheard and gave me a regular burger. Mine was part of a larger order, so I accepted it. Unfortunately, just like at other burger places, the small burger doesn't have enough meat on it, so it tastes like you're eating just a bun. It didn't give me a great impression of the product.
This is not strictly speaking, fast food. They cook to order and use local ingredients, like it was done before mega corporations took over. Their burgers are always fresh, tasty and satisfying. When I feel like having a a "fast" burger and don't want to pay exorbitant prices like at Red Robin.) Burgerville is tops.
Great option for fast food! My roommate and I were surprised how cheap our food were when we previously had thoughts that it was an expensive burger place. Unlike McDonald's extra 40c per tomato slice, these guys offered free add-ons. Loved it!
Local and seasonal ingredients really raise the bar for fast food. Their fresh fruit shakes and smoothies should not be missed!
On a consistent basis, I have had excellent food! And am welcomed by friendly people! One kind lady even remembers my favorite order, cooked a bit more well-done than "regular"!
It's like every other burgerville. Good ingredients good food. Kinda over priced and if you want napkins or condiments you better well ask.
Used to be 5 stars. Seems to be lots of new staff lately struggling to keep up. Last two times my veggie burger had ice cold cheese on it and drink orders were incorrect. That said, they are generally friendly and eager to help)
We will be back for the GOOD food and GREAT customer service! One of the Managers Steve is very good at his job. He has a GREAT AND WELCOMING attitude. Thank You Steve for doing your job well!
If you are going to eat fast food in the Pacific Northwest, eat here. Still don't agree with their union-busting but they probably treat their employees better than 90% of fast food chains. I always get the turkey burger in a lettuce wrap with a diet coke. They are consistently fast and the consistently good quality fast food. I like being able to go through the drive through.
