Burgerville, Milwaukie OR

Wasn’t the lunch rush or anything, but it took 35 minutes in the drive thru for one shake and 2 fries. They gave us the wrong shake and forgot we ordered fries so after waiting THAT LONG in line we had to pull around front and wait even longer to get the fries. I have no idea what could possibly have taken that long. Looking inside almost all of the staff were very young and standing around talking. Super frustrating experience, massive waste of time.

YES! That is my response when someone asks if I want Burgerville. Don't pass up a chance to experience this pacific N. W.treasure for the first time, or enjoy it again. These places are starting to close down, and turning into Mexican restaurants. Enjoy them while they last

Amazing food, but the last two times I've been they've missed my mobile order and gotten it wrong. Just wait in the drive-thru and double-check your order; mobile order doesn't seem to work very well.

Waited 20mins for 2 cheese burgers and a kids meal only got one burger and cold frys.worst burgerville I've been to. Lost a customer.

Live in Texas visiting Portland Oregon. Really don't like onions rings. But your onions rings are best ever. I needed more. Wish we had Burgerville in San Antonio Texas. Need some more.

I can’t believe this place doesn’t have worse reviews. The service is short, aggressive, and snappy. Burgers are always cold, fries are always cold, they never put salt on the fries, my order has not been correct ONE TIME in the fifteen or so years I’ve ate there. I mean it just is disappointing every time. Any other burgerville I will crave sometimes; I’ll get excited for a hot burger and fresh fries and get home to find that my food is awful. They have charged me for the wrong order at the window before and never refunded my card when they said they would, but it wasn’t worth my time to go mess around for twenty extra dollars.

It's a personal opinion I'm just not feeling this place I'm big fan of cheeseburgers all they offer it's just not for me

I have been coming here for the last couple years and it has always been a little on the inconsistent side, but never so much that it stopped me coming back (I love the onion rings so so much). Lines are sometimes slow, sometimes fast, staff is always nice. However today I broke apart a chicken strip that I had purchased to share with my dog and discovered a cluster of tiny yellow rod-shaped flecks in the center of the meat. After lots of internet searching I believe they are fly eggs. See attached picture. Until the owner can guarantee they are correcting the issue that led to this I would recommend going to a different location.

Slowest fastfood I have ever seen! This is not acceptable.
4 out of 5 times wrong or missing item! Last night for the 3rd time they didnt give me fries. I did not know preparing a meal is rocket science. There is no way I go to BV again.

I like that their food is mostly natively sources, and they have a lot of vegetarian options. I bought a plant based shake (Bliss) which has coconut milk rather than dairy and it was pretty tasty. Would not recommend it to someone who does not like the taste of coconut because you can definitely tell it's in there

I don’t typically review fast food joints but this place could use some order management retraining. In the past year they have failed to fill orders correctly at least 4 times. Usually I let it go but today I called, their response was “we are sorry about that, you can return to the restaurant and retrieve your missing meal or I can put your name on a list and you can get it another time. ”

Essentially my choice was let my wife go hungry or let my food get cold while I drive back to get the order they screwed up. The wife got her food of course but there was no offer to make up for the inconvenience at all. I mean you can’t offer a free cookie or something. Two stars for trash customer service

I got the fish & chips with the shoestring fries the fries looked like they were about 2/3 less & the fish sticks looked almost 1/2 as big as last time. The Price was the same so it's going to be a while before I risk spending extra to go to Burgerville just to get less.

Milk shakes are very addictive. Little pricy but that hasn't stopped me from getting one of the best quality milk shake every day after work. Lol

I accidentally ordered from the wrong Burgerville store, and when an employee was delivering food to the pickup spot next to mine asked whether I was picking up, we both realized that I’d misplaced my order. She made everything right, and left this guy feeling like one extremely happy customer.
