Burgerville, Lake Oswego OR

In the beginning Burgerville was unique and the portions were huge. Now everything is much smaller, tasteless and plus it's overpriced. This particular location is a nightmare to get in and out of as well. Avoid the disappointment.

Over 30 min wait for drive-thru at 7pm, cars were backed up into street blocking gas station across the access driveway.

Mediocre food from a failing franchise. Long wait, and NO response if you text them from outside the door (their provided number on parking signs). If you order online and park in one of their waiting slots, be prepared to wait 30 minutes ever wondering if your order was submitted and seen.

Overall awful experience. Have an employee monitor the door for Pete’s sake, and RESPOND to texts even if it’s just a bot.

Get into 2021, please.

Good food but I won't be back again. Anyplace that requires downloading an app and setting up an account in order to avoid a 40 minute drive thru is not a place I will frequent.

I love this place. Tastes like Oregon. I hope the quality always continues to be most excellent.

I've been almost all over the States and this place has the best Shakes I ever tried.
I didn't hesitate to let you know about it.
Mm. Sweet Cream and Hazelnut Chocolate in half.
If may not believe but it's worth to try any of them.

Amazing Burgerville Restaurant, keep up the good work. That Phillip kid was funny, and made our 1st time visit experience enjoyable. Definitely deserves a raise

Bilingual staff, and friendly customer service is always a plus

The welcoming home style atmosphere just draws you in, and makes you feel like you're eating at a family cookout

Don't go expecting waiters or outstanding restaurant service. This is a more chill environment. A place to bring back old memories and eat good burgers

They serve a pretty good variety of menu items

You can always order ahead of time to help beat the Lunch traffic, but I highly recommend dining in for the full experience

Clean tables, clean bathrooms, and clean restaurant

All in all this place is definitely far better than McDonald's or Burger King, and definitely a step up from other Burgerville locations I've been to

Great burgers always nice and freshly made, and the very best onion rings anywhere. Prices reasonable

Very disappointed. Spent over a half hour in the drive-thru for a burger and fried chicken burger that was tasteless and sub-par to even McDonald's, which is very sad. The only place for this food was in the trash container. What a waste of money and time. Keep dreaming of being In n Out. You will never match that taste and quality! Will never return nor recommend. Nasty food!

When I ordered the Halibut fish and chips I was sadly disappointed to see what I got for just over $10. The fish filets were smaller than I have ever seen! I should have expected that when I was handed a small box that couldn’t possibly hold 3 breaded filets and the usual regular French fry portion. You guys were my go too for fast food but not anymore! I was really disappointed! The only star for this review is for the employee that served me at the pick up window as he was very polite and offered me extra tartar sauce.

The blonde kid with glasses was hilarious, and the food was good. First Halloween week where someone looked me in the eyes rather than at my.ahem costume. Loyal kiddo to his lady I assume or perhaps he swings another way

I went to Burgerville for the first time when the line for in and out in Oregon was too long. I thought it was a great alternative! They had lots of options for people with dietary restrictions like myself, including a great bean burger and the ability to get a lettuce wrap on all the burgers. The flavors were awesome there was lots of choices and I really enjoyed the prices. The prices are awesome! I look forward to going here again.

Good food, slow service and drive through. Lobby isn’t open so drive thru takes like 30 minutes.

I was positively shocked by how good the gluten-free burger buns are. Also, the vegan (coconut based) shakes were fantastic! The optional grass fed burger patty was surprisingly tough and chewy although the flavor was good. It’s a treat to be able to have a traditional American fast food meal that meets multiple people’s nutritional needs. Only in PDX!

So happy they offer a bliss (non-dairy) shake, chocolate hazelnut is my favorite. Chicken strip are just YUMMY!

If your goal is to buy an over priced McDonalds burger, Then this is your place. Large shake was about the size of a small drink elsewhere buy expensive. I do not foresee myself returning again.
