Most always delicious! This time was exceptional. Drive thru person was amazing enough to receive a cash tip. I would frequent it more often if the prices were a wee bit less. I get it though, quality has a price! Keep up the good work

This was poor service and not the same food quality. Chicken strips were processed, not breast straps. Weird since we always like BV!

Hours don't reflect dining room hours, went when "open" only drive thru was open. Good shakes, average burgers. Small portions for the price. You will feel pressure to tip (even in the drive thru) making it even more expensive for an average burger.

Place was clean. Had plenty of open tables. We enjoyed the tasty Walla Walla onion rings. Man those are delicious! Wife had the seasonal raspberry lemonade and I had the strawberry milkshake. Both were equally good, hers sour and mine sweet. She got a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and I enjoyed the half pound colossal burger. It was filling, I had to take about a third home with me and I can tear down a burger. Another pleasant visit, to a new location for us. Till next time Burgerville.

Really a step above any other fast food joint because they use such quality ingredients and they're so good at keeping it local! The strawberries in their shakes taste better than the ones in my garden.

I left a 5 star because the food is good. I was disappointed with service yesterday but the complaint has been reported. I give 5 stars to Corporate for reaching out so fast yesterday to resolve the problem.

I I've always loved Burgerville they got the best sauce in the world when I lived on the coast my mom used to send it down to me because there wasn't a Burgerville down in Newport

It took them 10 minutes to prepare a single ice cream cone foe the lady in front of us in line and then they forgot my waffler fries in my order and then gave me a small instead of the large I paid for. Certainly wasn't a fan of this experience.

Burgerville in general has been very good this particular time it took us 30 minutes let me say that again 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru

Spicy Vegi-bean burger is great. It is its own thing and not a meat substitute.

Burgerville is the best hands down and been around since I was a little kid, prices are a little high but otherwise very good

This should be like as a famous old standby of Portland great food I'm glad that 25 years ago that cheeseburger taste the same as it does today get you up guys fries are killer in the shakes are to die for. Never sad to see the one on 122nd go away so we need more burgerville

The burger was so bland that I couldn't even taste it. I honestly had to look at my burger several times while I was eating it because I thought I just got a mouthful of bread and Condiments. There wasn't even a hint of flavor to it. This was my first time to a Burgerville and I won't even be back. Add to the bad food, I didn't appreciate being harassed for a tip before I even got my food. You're fast food, not a restaurant. All you do is walk a tray to the table and then leave never to be seen again.

As you can tell, I'm still really irritated with how lousy that burger was. I should have just thrown it away and went somewhere else.

BV burgers are still quite yummy, and the nutrtional information is nicely accessible.

No other place gives you chipotle mayo for dipping and it goes 100% with the waffley fries.

Local little burgervile! Clean dine in area! Ordered the turkey burger and it was so juicy and very flavorful with the seasonings and garlic sauce! Delicious! Presentation of the burger looked appetizing! A real made burger! Yummy! The fries were good too! Tasted like real potatoes! Thin and crispy, but were a little more greasy than I personally liked.had ranch and Chipotle sauce for dipping and they were creamy, tangy and sweet!

Food is delicious when/if they get the order right. Of course it is worth noting that they ask for a tip before you get your bag of (missing) items, then completely give up on service. When we asked for our missing items after inspecting our bag in the drive thru yesterday, the attendant stepped back from the window and stared at us without speaking. We repeated ourselves but they just stood still and maintained their stare. We couldn't help but laugh it off considering how bizarre the behavior was, but I was definitely bummed to have to drive off without my waffle fries. I'll be sure to skip this location next time unless I want to pay for some more uncomfortable eye contact
