Burgerville always has great food, and this one is right on par with their food! Thank you for serving quality fast food with an amazing attitude!

We received our order which included my wife's turkey burger. As she bit into the burger she noticed it was raw inside. I wrote and called the corporate office to let them know and received no reply. Very poor follow up not to mention the poor inability to cook a burger, especially when your name is Burgerville.

Quality food with unique offerings. The walla walla onion rings are a must! Only their drive through is open currently but we were impressed with how fast they kept it moving, even at lunch hour.

Just ordered 2 1/2 lb colossal burgers. One with no vegetables. I got one plain, and definitly microwaved, flat, and greasy. We tossed both microwaves Chewy bun monstrosities in the trash. Never going back.

I go about every 6 months and it reminds me why I don't go more often. $21 for 2 kids burger meals and 1 regular cheeseburger basket. Lots of people in the drivethru, but my burger was cold and the cheese not melted. And now they charge for dipping sauces. Definitely not worth it anymore.

I had to change my reviews for Burgerville, somewhere along the way they lost that real local flavor in favor of trendy sounding, poorly cooked, and massively over-priced food.

Lactose intolerants beware, around 80% of the time a burger that you order without cheese will have cheese on it. 1 star because i asked for no cheese, and ended up getting double the regular amount of cheese. Twice.

I came to visit here just because it was in my favorite justin long movie (Sasquatch Gang) and honestly I will definitely be going back. Good stuff.

Absolutely awful! The manager (one in specific) is soooo rude. Caught that man tryna throw hands with the young girl working there Such a shame. The business is dirty and I have witnessed unsanitary conditions regarding the food (that you put in your OWN mouth). Ickk Anyways the employees are treated like trash and I always hear the managers complaining to their high school employees, completely inappropriate.

We drove over there for dairy free milkshake. They said the machine was on the fritz but, they could fix it in five minutes so just come inside to order. We ordered our meals but, they couldn't fix the dairy free milkshake machine. IMO, they should have offered us a coupon to come back another time to try one.

Didn’t get bacon on my Tillimook Bacon chz burgers (3). I had already waited long enough in the drive through line so I asked them to just add it to the burgers. They didn’t SAY I would have to wait for the bacon to cook until I walked in. I returned home with a Greasy bag. The fries were thrown in, one order COMPLETELY out of its sleeve and the only thing hot was the greasy bacon on the burgers and the greasy bag that I put on the seat of my car. I think for $33. I should get a delicious burger with warm fries IN THEIR SLEEVE. I am sick to death of careless fast food, I would think BV would have more pride. I suggest a NEw years resolution, better service with PRIDE IN YOUR PRODUCT. This isn’t the first time and this family is done ordering from WL BV.
I called to complain and they were willing to replace the meal. I told them I will be back tomorrow for a FULL refund.
