Hamburger Restaurant Burgerville reviews
17Food is very expensive. "locally" grown fresh Fram ingredients are not to be seen.
Wish I could give less then a star. Went there to order food. Asked for a cheeseburger with the meat on the side and only mayo and cheese. Not grilled but microwaved for 15 sec. The first one had everything on it. The second one was grilled with meat on it. The third one was correct but microwaved for probably a min and was really bad and the fourth one they refused and have us our money back. I'm a very respectful person so I went in there with a positive attitude every single time and got attitude from them worst every time I went back in. Very disrespectful workers and will never go back to this burgerville.
Went for an ice cream cone cause they usually have the best ice cream around. Got to drive up window and my ice cream cone somehow was a plain Sunday. Not what I ordered! So I say I wanted a cone the drive thru girl had a attitude about it and brought me a very small cone and the ice cream tasted sour! Like it was bad. Will not go to St Johns burgerville again I know that much I will drive clear across town before I go there again! Why can't drive thru people listen to what you order? Is it that difficult? Really? When they get it wrong they wanna be pissy about it? !
Very polite the food was very good and they were fast to get everything out to the drive-thru.
Burgerville in Corvallis, Oregon, serves up delectable food that tantalizes the taste buds, offering a culinary experience worth savoring. The menu boasts mouthwatering delights that undoubtedly hit the spot. However, it's important to note that the prices can lean on the higher side, which might give pause to budget-conscious diners seeking a more wallet-friendly option. Despite this, the friendly and welcoming staff create a pleasant atmosphere, and the restaurant itself maintains a clean and inviting ambiance. Interestingly, while Burgerville's prices may be steeper than anticipated, the delicious fare competes with flavors found in more upscale dining establishments. For those willing to indulge, the culinary journey at Burgerville is somewhat worth the splurge.
Not your traditional fast food experience. They brought food out to us and even got us ketchup and napkins lol
Return.not will I minutes. 54took threw drive damn the and lame atrociously was service the drink powder diet a like tastes.shake.chocolate Worst
This burgerville is literally the worst in the PDX area. Poor service, the food is always prepared terribly, and they ring up the wrong items every time. My girlfriend can’t have dairy and they have twice now given her a dairy shake and told us it is a bliss (non dairy) shake. We have contacted the owners several times and they always just email the same automatic “sorry for your experience” email. Don’t waste your money, Wendy’s is right down the road and so much better for a cheaper price.
Great halibut fish and chips. The service is incredible at this location. The place could use an update in the dining area but overall I highly recommend.
Great food and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. However, the order ahead & pickup situation at this location is not particularly robust. It's different every time, sometimes there's an item missing, and they don't check on you if you're waiting in the lobby.
Disgusting revolting burger. The basic cheeseburgers we ordered were so coated in mayonnaise they were inedible for both me and my three kids - and I will eat almost all cheeseburgers; not decerning. We finished our roll of paper towels wiping them clean so we could choke down lunch.
They looked to be sloppy blue cheese burgers they were so drenched in mayo. There was no lettuce and the tomatoes and onions were dripping with wet white mayo. If we hadn't waited until entering the freeway to eat I would have returned the entire meal.
Biggest waste of $40 at a fast food restaurant in recent memory. Makes Jack n the Box look like a culinary wonder.
What happened to Burgerville? We've been in LA for four years and just came back to the PNW excited to eat here. What a disappointment. We will not be returning. Gross.
My order is always wrong without fail. The employees here are clearly not paid enough to care, minimum wage minimum effort and I don’t blame them. Pay these people properly and maybe this location won’t be such a dumpster fire
Used to love BV. $28 for two burger baskets (a colossal cheese and a bacon cheese). The baskets included small fries and small coke. Never again. Waaay too expensive. For same amount, I had a swiss cheese burger (higher quality beef) and fries (4 times as much) at the Imnaha Tavern in eastern Oregon (its 25 miles from Joseph). We sat at a table and had a very pleasant waitress.
Bye forever BV.
We always use drive thru. Food is fresh and hot. They're expensive but the food is good.
Burgerville Food, although good is still way over priced. That said the service at this and all the other ones are usually pretty good!
They gave me a gluten free bun when I didn't order a gf bun. Made the burger taste really gross. The order taker was nice, but the cashier was rude.
Literally never post reviews. But come on, how hard is it to put the right burger in the right bag and give to the right customer.
Then when you ask for a refund they can't do it until end of day? And bare minimum too, how about you comp me another item on my order? Had to drive there twice and still didn't get to eat.
I guess it's the world we live in now.
