The burger was very delicious, it's just very delicate, I really wanted a huge burger

Ordered for the first time - NEVER AGAIN! Hamburger Meat was undercooked with a strange taste. Lettuce had rotten pieces. Fries tasted like day old oil. Service was horrible and when I went to explain about the burger, I got the shrug - not even an offer to recook the burger. I gave up. I’d rather go to McDonald’s- NEVER AGAIN

Went through the drive-thru at 10: 00 in the morning they took my order. They asked me to pull up to the window 25 minutes later not a single person to ask anything to take my payment nothing ridiculous customer service. It's unfortunate that this is the closest burgerville to me this is why they continue to lose my business incompetence is their biggest problem.

Still good food overall. A bit over priced but takes way too long to get in and out. Definitely, not fast food!

If you cannot accommodate curbside orders, do not accept them. I had to go in for my food after waiting for a long time. My burger was cold because they packaged it and it sat for so long. The staff tried to pretend it was still hot. I informed them that I expected my food to be hot and it was not. They took it to the back, waited a few minutes and brought it back out to me.cold.

I often have issues with this location. I recommend Parkrose for mobile orders.

I went through the drive through, I was given the wrong order. I went back through which took a long time. They gave me the correct order, so I went home with it. After getting home and taking a bite, I look and see that the meat is completely raw! I hope I don’t get an illness from the bite of raw meat I had. If you’re going to charge $13 for a burger, it should be cooked at the very least! Waste of time and money, will not be going back to this location.

In line 3rd car 20 minutes? Seriously? Still waiting. Won't be back. Used to be the best... What happened? Don't go here unless you don't mind waiting half hour or more in drive-in.

First time back in a long time.
Going to movies down the street so stopped for a bite, I received a gift card I wanted to use.

Stopped going a long time ago because they changed their French fries and they were greasy and disgusting.
Service said they changed fries a couple times since so ordered a bag, a burger and shake.
Food was very good New fries thinner shoestring style, just ok.
Dipping sauces are still the best as I remember.
I still do miss the original Fries from years past, basket options and jukebox.

Super good burger joint. It has super deluxe on the same road and id choose this to be a tad healthier. Their meat is way less greasy. The missus loves the chicken Sandwich too!

I like the food, but for how expensive it's getting I don't think it's worth the money for what you get. 3.59 for your original cheese burger. I don't agree.

The best fast food restaurant in the area. Diner quality food. Higher quality beef and seasonal local stuff, which is cool. Love the special sauce and raspberry milkshake.

I will never eat at a Burgerville again. For fish and chips, 3 basic burgers and onion rings it was close to $50 dollars and that's including the 6 dollar tip they left for themselves. Really disappointed because before I was a fan.

I’ve been a fan of Burgerville over the years, and this was my first visit to this particular location. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to one at all.

The three of us ordered three single burger combos as well as a shake and some extra fries, and this somehow managed to ring up a total of $61. At a drive through. I was a little shell shocked, I’m not gonna lie, but I said to hell with it and drove up anyway because I figured the quality must be there to match. Shoot, they even prompted me for a 15-20% tip at the dang window!

Upon getting home, we discovered they had left out about $10 of food from our bag. Getting into the actual food itself, the fries were heat lamped to death, and did not include any of the seasonings or sauces we ordered them with. The burgers were fine, but nothing special and not even particularly large. I will say the ingredients in the burgers tasted fresh at least, and they were cooked properly.

Overall, for the amount of money spent, the quality just was not there. I can’t say I’ll be too eager to return here in the future.

This is a wonderful place if you want dairy free. They have a Bliss shake and also a Bliss sunday that are wonderful! Also GF buns for there burgers

We always love Burgerville, but this place was not very "accurate"?
The guy in front of us had something missing from his order, our grandma eho ordered separately before us ordered a burger, fries, and a shake. They forgot her fries and she had to ask for them. I watched the lady making shakes drop one on the floor. Our order was supposed to have the rosemary fries and we got regular fries. We paid for sides of spread and they didn't put them in the bag, we had to ask for them. I will stick to other locations from now on.

One of my favorite places to eat in OR. A higher end fast food place. Delicious shakes and burgers. Love that local food is used,

So I ordered an original cheeseburger from the drive-thru, light on the spread. When I opened it up it had no hamburger patty just cheese and ketchup. When I took it back to the window for them to make it right they where going to toss a patty on the bread and cheese they gave me 10 minutes earlier.

Food was good as always. We had halibut fish and chips and a crispy chicken sandwich and fries with milkshakes.between the 2 of us the bill was over $33. But the experience of paying on the card reader with 20 stickers on it telling you how to tip while the counter worker watched was uncomfortable. All we did was put in an order at a fast food eatery. I really did not think that warranted a tip. I have never seen that at McDonalds, Wendy's or Burger King.

I got a cheeseburger meal and was disappointed. The burger did not fit the bun, it was too small. My frys we cold hard and over salted. Strawberry lemonade was awesome. I paid $9 and was still hungry, bummer.
