27I love the way they use locally grown food and that it's with no antibiotics. Service was great and the food tastes great.
I stopped for 1 shake at 10: 15pm. There were 2 cars in front of me and each of them got one bag.it took 30 minutes to get my shake, and it didn't taste very good. I was very disappointed.
The cashier was extremely friendly, but the lady who served us was exteemext rude. Also be prepared to pay Red Robin prices for McDonald's quality food.
Less then impressive for being a burger place I'd think it would be over the top it's ok I could eat again will I idk
Food pretty good. Fried asparagus difficult to bite off at lower end. They were pretty thick-for gourmet asparagus. Place is a little spendy for a burger joint. All in all, the experience might have be been better if Burgerville were unionized! We might wait to see what the future brings, in that aspect, before patronizing Burgerville.
They put lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles on our burgers for free today. Server brought meal to table. I also watched her bring other folks meals to their table, got them cups of water. This Burgerville in Monmouth, Or. Will be on the top of my list as one of the best places to receive great customer service.
Usually a good choice but not this time.clerk spoke inaudible and botched the order. Got halibut sandwich instead of halibut and chips. Ordered asparagus (A substitute) instead of fries and got one order instead of two. Sent it back and got the fish with fries (not as ordered) and gave up. Ate the fish and left. Hopefully we'll find a Burgerville with better help next time.
