Dr. Burgess and her staff are phenomenal! It is due to their patient care/customer service as well as their level of knowledge and professionalism, that I will continue to go to and recommend Burgess Plastic Surgery. Dr. Burgess truly takes her time discussing all available options, educating her patients to the fullest extent, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful.

I made an appointment with Dr. Burgess in the hope that I could improve my waistline, and my personal self image. I am 68 years old. I met with the doctor and shared my concerns, and after a series of questions and answers she recommended a "tummy tuck". Yes, even at my age. We determined that I had no health risk issues that would prohibit be from undergoing surgery. She gave me no false hope and basically told me I would look better but she reminded me that I do not have the skin of a 40 year old anymore. After careful consideration, I gave her the O. K.lets do this. Let me tell you.what an unbelievable and wonderful outcome I had. My 38 year old told me. "mom you look like a teenager". As I mentioned, I did this for me not for anyone else, and I could not be happier at 9 weeks out. I have already informed Dr. Burgess I will and have recommended her to all of my friends one of which already made an appointment. Dr. Burgess is just awesome, and her staff are very warm, knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Burgess and her staff have been incredibly competent and caring during my breast cancer reconstruction. Dr. Burgess came highly recommended by my surgical oncologist and I have been nothing but happy with the care I have received.

Dr. Burgess performed a breast implant exchange and a tummy tuck on January 21st, 2021. I am 4 weeks PO and my results are amazing already, I couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

I've had wonderful experiences with Dr. Burgess, the nurses and staff across services and procedures both large and small. Multiple rounds of Botox and IPL have delivered consistently satisfactory results. Discoloration be gone! Ultherapy to tighten the lower face/jaw area is showing very positive results and Halie made the experience as pleasant as possible including providing very clear expectations up front about the procedure, how it would feel, how to prepare and after care instructions and tips. Additionally, Halie is kind, empathetic and did everything she could to keep me comfortable. I really appreciate her honest approach and her positivity!

I had such great experiences with Burgess Plastic Surgery over the course of 2020, I decided to undergo a tummy tuck and outer thigh liposuction in December. I've never had surgery, so this was a very new experience. I am 5’5” and weigh 128 lbs. I was always unhappy with the size of my breast since my youth. I was a small 34 “barely” B cup and lost even more with breast feeding my babies. Very nice front desk but Dr. Burgess was unwilling to help me out when my lip injections dissolved after 5 days. She tried saying that she thought they looked great when they were obviously back to how they were prior to treatment. To top it off I heard her saying something rude as I was leaving. She seemed very rushed and didnt ask about how I wanted them to look or anything. Never going back there again. Waste of money.

I have been seeing Dr. Burgess for Botox for several years. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed and she really wants you to feel satisfied with your treatments. Her office is fun and relaxing! I've even sent my mom to her! I'd recommend Dr. Burgess to anyone!

During my initial consultation, Dr. Burgess noticed a suspicious looking mole on my abdomen. She urged me to meet with a Dermatologist within the next 72 hours. Dr. Burgess was so serious about her concern that she told me that she would not proceed any further with the breast surgery discussion until I confirmed with her that I had seen the dermatologist and had things checked out. Highly motivated to proceed with Dr. Burgess,
I went the next day to the Dermatologist thinking that the mole would be of no concern. The Doctors in the derm department actually found an additional spot that they were suspicious of and before I knew it I was having two biopsies right there and then! I tested positive for Spitzoid Melanoma. I was absolutely stunned, but also very thankful!

Super fantastic plastic surgeon! I'm 5 weeks post Fleur de lis and my scar will be next to nothing. She took great care of me before and during the surgery and answered all of my questions.
