Buster & Lilly's Doggie Daycare & Boarding, Beaverton OR

My dog, Sirius, goes to daycare about 1-2 times per week and absolutely loves this place! The daycare staff are very nice and caring. There setup can be something strange to get over, as you can't see the dogs in the play areas, but it's definitely set up for what is best for the dogs.

This is the worst dog daycare place around! I brought my puppy in while I was on vacation and when so went to pick her up she was shaken up and flinched when i pet her. They use water as punishment and don’t treat animals right at all! DONT COME HERE!

This place thinks hitting and spraying water is a form of punishment. Disgusting. Never coming here again!

Absolutely the worst places I've ever been too. Rude owners, bad conditions and bad care I would advise everyone to not go to this place

These folks really love animals and do a great job taking care of them. My dog had some challenges during her stay, and the owners were kind and communicative about them the entire time. Highly recommend them.

I was going to give you zero stars but that's impossible so I gave you one. How DARE you guys use water as a form of punishment for a BARKING dog? Especially without disclosing it to the owners beforehand?

Anyone planning to use this daycare, just beware that they will SOAK your dog (or puppy) for punishment without your permission. They don't care about your pet, they just want your money. Absolutely atrocious. I'm telling EVERYONE I know that owns a dog to avoid this place.

I don't care if I sound like a "Karen", no animal (especially a puppy you were paid to look after) should EVER be treated this way.

I love Buster and Lilly's! They have been so good to me and my dog for years. Their prices are fair and their service is great.

This is the best pace we've ever found for our dog. Our dog loves going to day care on the days I have to go in the office. He gets his exercise playing with the other dogs. The staff is amazing and friendly.
We've also used their over night boarding and have only great things to say!

This place is rough with dogs. My girlfriend USED to work here and apparently the workers drag dogs by the neck and scold them repeatedly. Wouldn't recommend

We've been taking our dog here for about 5 years for both daycare and boarding and it has been consistently great. He is always excited on arrival and tired/happy on departure. The owner and staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about with this business. Our doggos have been coming to Buster and Lilly's for nearly two years now. Staff are always professional, facility always smells clean. We used to go to the Tigard location and really miss that spot as it was so close to home and had outdoor access. When that site closed down (thanks to the pandemic) we followed and have been making the drive to Beaverton. Our dogs are always excited to go in the mornings and pass out 20 seconds after I pick them up and start the drive home. They make sure all dogs are up to date on vaccinations (they've asked us when they needed new info, so they're paying attention over time, not just when you sign up). I'd love if they had cameras so I could check on em from work. Prices are very competitive.

There are multiple former employees stating on Glassdoor that this company's owner has a short temper and is rough with the dogs. Please do not support them, they do not care about your dogs and it should be shut down.

Everyone here cares about our puppies than we do. And I would have it no other way. They are attentive, check immunization status on all pets, and help socialize all attendees to there individual abilities. We love this place!

Zoey has "vacationed" here many many times and loves it! She never frets about going, and she can be stubborn at times, she actually always seems happy about getting in the car to head there! Would highly recommend this place!

The owner of Buster & Lilly’s is such a kind person. The staff are great as well. We are happy to support this business and our dog is always so happy (& tired thank goodness) when he comes home. Buster and Lilly’s is my family’s go-to daycare and boarding spot.

My doggy loves it there, he enjoys it every time he goes, and people that work there very friendly.
