Busy Bee Café, Springfield OR

I love this place. It's all the sadder that they close down today. I'll miss the delicious food, hot coffee, and amazing and friendly staff.

Sweetest owner on the planet! The place is a bit run down and the wait can be a bit long but the food is 100% worth it. Big portions and a place all the locals spend their day reading the paper eating their usual. Love this place I hope it is here forever.

Do waste you time or money here, unless you like passive aggressive treatment. Visted the area from Texas. Went to this place to meet up with family and friends for Father's day. The owner "politly" yet rudely told us they couldn't accommodate more than 7 people, and at first said they could split us up. She said their waitresses just couldn't handle more than 7, great waitresses (maybe reconsider your choice in staff). When the other two people arrived we were told they would have to wait to be seated even though no one else was waiting up front, and plenty of tables were open. We left, basically having to leave half the party there. We went to Shari's, and they were busy yet provided excellent service. It's sad that a chain restaurant can provide great service, when you'd think you'd get that from a small diner. The Owner at busy bee clearly doesn't care about customer service.

Amazing service, amazing food done in a short period, and prices were extremely affordable. Will definitely stop by next time I'm in Springfield!

Absolutely love this little place.
The owner Ms Betty, and all of th staff make you feel like you're family from the moment you walk through the door. The food is simply delicious, and at a price far less expensive than you would think.

This is a little gem of a cafe! Breakfast is absolutely delicious! The coffee was perfect. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back.

Staff is friendly, which I value greatly. Everything's on point: the food, the prices, the people. I'm picky AF about breakfast joints, but I'll definitely be returning. Definitely recommended.

Staff are incompetent and rude don't know what specials are or which days. The restaurant runs out of some foods regularly. If you complain politely, you are loudly criticized. One worker was clearly sick with runny nose, no mask and using sleeve to wipe her face. I used to go here often, but no more for me. There are plenty of restaurants that do better

Absolutely great tasting breakfast, staff are prompt, professional and good sence of humor. Of the many great things here good size portions. I will always come back

Fantastic! HUGE variety in their food selection. My group ordered 5 different meals and every one was good. The employees were friendly, even though they were a little busy. Even other customers were friendly and chatty. Definitely worth a stop!

I absolutely love this place! Very affordable, love the staff! And the food is delicious! Almost always a wait because it's a local favorite) but always worth it. I haven't had anything here I didn't like. Word of advice, you must try their homemade biscuits and cinnamon rolls!

Simple put WOW! Had breakfast there! Large helpings of food, great/friendly service, and retro vibe/ decor, loved it! Three things: 1. Great food. 2. Be really hungry! 3. You will need a Togo box!
