Not sure Butler or Acura even cares but, we have used this service department for years. We thought we could trust them. It just does not seem the same at Butler. We recently had them check our brakes on our MDX because the was shaking when we applied the brakes, so they installed new brakes. We come from Grants Pass, so it is quite the trip for us. The car still shook when we got it home so we decided to take it to another company locally in Grants Pass to look at it. They determined in minutes, the rotors needed turning. So we are without the vehicle again for the same reason and out a bunch of money.
Sorry Butler but we are cutting our losses after this one and probably moving on from Acura make vehicles. This was not the only issue we have had with the service department.

I sent my information to this dealership over a 2003 Mustang I was interested in. They texted and called me promptly right after. I’m in California so not local. I was ready to book a flight the next day. They told me the car is currently in the detail shop and would be ready in two weeks. BUMMER. Anyways, Two weeks later I checked back with them and was informed it was still in their detail shop. I texted them again 3 weeks later and was told the same thing but they told me I would be called/texted as soon as the car is ready. Well that didn’t happen. I seen the listing had been updated with new pictures and price. It was at $21,991 and the price got raised from $28,991. Yup a $7,000 increase and no one EVER reached back to me. Horrible way to do business.

Worst auto experience I've ever had. They told me two to four weeks as an approximate time frame for fixing my car. 6 days after taking possession of my car I called for a status update. They told me they did not have my car. I called back 2 more times and the collision people went home without finding my car. Irate, I called back and asked to speak to management. The manager found my car relatively quickly. Clearly the staff did not care about the stress of me wondering if my car had been stolen. They then proceeded to take almost 3 months to fix it. They ordered the wrong part twice and after finishing what they could do still did not have a working vehicle. They sent it to Kia Medford to finish fixing it. What a joke.

Worked with Jack Scmhuck on a vehicle at my shop that needed work done ASAP. He squeezed us in, kept us updated and even made us aware of a nail in the tire that they patched for us as well. Great customer service

As satisfied owners of Acura and Honda vehicles for the past 20 years, we were in the market to replace our 2018 Honda CRV with another Honda/Acura product. We live in Ashland and wanted to do business in the community. Not only did we want to support our local dealership, but we also wanted the convenience of having our new car serviced here in town. I emailed Butler Acura in Ashland and received an immediate response from Eric, the Sales Manager. There was an Acura RDX on their lot with all of the amenities we had been seeking. Eric quoted a very reasonable price for the car and even offered more for our trade-in than we had expected to get. We set up an appointment for the next morning to meet with their sales associates. The whole process, from our initial contact with Eric, interacting with the sales associates (Rocky and Matthew), and ending with Ken to sign the documents was a very pleasant experience. As it turned out, the agreed upon sales price that Eric had quoted us in our e-communication was decreased even more, and our trade in value was increased after it was inspected. There was no haggling and all the communication was straightforward. We’ve bought a lot of cars over our 50 years of driving and have never had such a satisfying car-buying experience. We were treated respectfully. We highly recommend that you visit or call Butler Acura dealership before going anywhere else.

Went in and they lied about my interest rate, set up a fake phone call 2 get my rate “down” I called the bank myself to see if the interest rate they gave me was true and they said that absolutely not. They took advantage of me since I’m young and kept telling me to sign these papers when I told them I first needed to talk to my hubby, very VERY pushy and they were RUDE after I was telling them I need to talk to my hubby. Eric specifically needs to be gone.

These guys are great. They were able to fit me in when I got a flat, repaired the flat and mounted my studs. Great price and great staff, they have not done me wrong in over 15 years of business with them.

I had a wonderful experience buying my Honda here a couple months ago. They were super friendly and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I went in to look at a car and a couple days later I drove one off the lot. If I still live in the area next time I’m in need of a vehicle, they will definitely be my first stop.
