This is the first time as a type one diabetic I’ve had a supply company mess up my order so bad I would have to go without any supplies. I spent 24 minutes on the phone asking for a supervisor. The supervisor was coaching the person on the phone with me. Only they finally get onto the phone with me and offer zero help or accountability. Just repeating the same things and blaming fedex. I asked for a reference number for my phone call and they didn’t have one, “they added in notes”. So in short I don’t think they have real management and supplies arriving the day after you need it doesn’t keep you alive.

Terrible customer service people. I repeatedly call to update my order but the incompetent staff still are sending me the wrong order.

I’ve had problems with this company since BEFORE my 1st order. I was billed for supplies I didn’t order & never received. On 2/7/22 I called & told them I came home from the hospital with enough supplies to last me several months & would call when I actually needed to order. Kim told me to disregard that bill. When I did call to order on 2/20/22, I was told I had an unpaid bill. After 3 phone calls trying to explain why I hadn’t needed supplies sooner - I’d been given supplies from hospital. The guy actually tried to say the bill was from the supplies I got from hospital when they originally said they had been mailed to me After several phone calls I spoke with Kal & was told they would send to claims department & would “write it off. ” So now I’m 1 year down the road. I place an order, pay for the previous order & the new one. When I receive ANOTHER bill I call to order & find out why I have a balance. They. Have applied my last payment to that original bill that I didn’t place or receive. Where can I go to get the medical supplies I need? I do not want to do business with this company

They will not reach out to you with any updates, so you'll have to call them at every stage of the process.

You cannot transfer a prescription to them, they need a new one from your doctor's office. Call to place an order. Call to make sure they have reached out to your doctor's office. Then call back later to make sure they have everything they need and that the order is actually placed. Then call to to make sure the order is covered by your insurance, and didn't fall through. Then call to make sure it was shipped.

Online orders don't always work, so call to place your next order. They will put a hold on your account without telling you, so call and ask if there is a hold if you don't get your supplies. Don't use their online chat, because they don't seem to know what's going on and sometimes refuse to place an order for you.

As a nurse case manager, this is by far the WORST company I have ever worked with, with the worst customer service. One representative actually told me, "It's not my job". Everyone I spoke with was very un-empathetic and on occasion rude. Their follow through is terrible, as I explicitly requested a follow up call to myself and the parents, and neither of us ever rec'd one. I would recommend going with literally ANY other company for Diabetic supplies. The one bright spot was Laura, who actually acknowledged that Byram made mistakes on the order and that getting a young pre teen their insulin pump supplies was taking way too long. She is the only reason I gave one star. That girl deserves a raise and seems to be the only one with empathy working there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They keep on putting my diabetes pump supplies and CGM on hold and cancelling my order. I’ve been trying to get my supplies for over a month. They keep saying they need my chart notes. My doctor has sent them over multiple times and Byram says they never received them. The customer service rep I spoke with was rude. I am almost out of my supplies that keep me ALIVE and they don’t seem to care.

They missed applied numerous payments and never refunded me for all the double payments I made. I have been trying to my refund for over a year.

I have been ordering my supplies from them for a while. They "never receive faxes" from my doctor's office, though there is proof on my desk office that the faxes have been sent. This company is awful. Completely incompetent and too big to keep everything in order. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Awful. I'm looking for another company.

I had been receiving diabetic supplies (CGMs) for the last couple years now with no problems, but when the product was discontinued, they refused to give me the updated version even though I had a new RX and insurance. Byram stated they have it but couldn't give it to me bc they had a limited supply. This is unacceptable and they have lost my business forever

They are always missing up my diabetic and wound care every month. They leave my supplies out to be stolen every month it's a fight.

Consistently get our order wrong despite me having them go over it in detail and repeat it back to me. Rarely is it all correct or on time. My client is now suffering because he doesn't have his feeding tube supplies and cannot get his formula feeds. Mind you, none of the items are on backorder. Absolutely unexcusable as this could mean life or death from him, which I explained to them on the phone.

My 7yo child has been without his special food for a month because Byram improperly billed his insurance and hasn't been paid. They attempted to extort money from me by withholding the medical supplies to feed my son. I'm at the point of needing to take my son to the ER to eat.

Continually encounter incompetence when it comes to my healthcare coverage, and representatives who do not know how to interpret policies. Have had numerous shipments "sent" only to discover over a week later that they were not sent. Not great when it's a product you need to have to prevent death. The representative I just spoke with was rude and uninformed, and rather than caring about a paying customer who needs this product, she chose to hang up. After a frustrating wait time, and the customer no-service, not to mention the abject lack of any knowledge, i would leave zero stars if it would allow me. It's painful to leave one star.

Not only will I no longer do business with this company who does not care about the health of its customers, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Buyer Beware.

They say they fax things to your doctors office to renew an order, but they NEVER do it! Their system is extremely flawed and they won't even take responsibility for it. Change it byram! Change it now!

I wouldn’t even give this company one star if it let me. This company is the worst. I can’t even believe that us as parents have to deal with this kind of frustration when we already have to deal with making sure our children stay alive with pump supplies, CGM supplies and insulin. I have been calling for a week and cannot get an American-based customer service representative to help me the outsourced employees for this company. Have no idea what they’re doing. They have no idea what they’re talking about and you can’t even understand them to have a conversation I have no idea how this company is even still in business one of the worst customer service oriented companies I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life.

DO NOT USE! UNRELIABLE! Type 1 Diabetic and byram never sends the actual scrip. This time i ordered the test strips and instead of the script they sent me 1 box nowhere near the order. Call in to complain took 4 calls to get a human. 25 min worth of wait to file a complaint and all i was told is its documented in my file. Ask for Supervisor Noels manager and he argued with me for almost 5 min.ill be following this up with a OHA complaint. Do NOT use company! UNRELIABLE

This company is awful. They dont keep records of anything, and they have horrible customer service.
They said that my health insurance expired, which isn't true - my insurance hasnt changed at all. Yet they refuse to call my insurance and fix their mistake. This is ridiculous.
I need these medical supplies.
