Caliber Collision, Portland OR

I could not be happier with the results & customer service I received from Caliber Collision! Kept me informed every step of the way on the progress & estimated completion date. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, & polite. They even detailed my car for me?

I was originally utilizing Caliber Collision because my windshield and windows got senselessly bashed in while in NE Portland. My insurance referred me to Caliber Collision and they did a wonderful job and were super speedy. A couple weeks later, I got pulled over for an illegal u-turn and ended up getting a ticket because my windows were tinted to an illegal level, which I was unaware of when I bought the car. The ticket stated that if I fixed the tint, they’d drop the fine.

I called Caliber, and they were super understanding and apologetic (even though I felt it was my fault to some extent to not know that my tint was illegal!). They said it would be about $100 to fix the tint. I dropped off the car and it was ready next day! When I went to go pick it up, they wouldn’t allow me to pay: ,) the quality of service is unmatched and their team is compassionate, competent, and kind. Every employee I interacted with was lovely and respectful. I will be referring many others from now on and will continue to use their services when needed!

Ulysses and everyone I spoke with were so helpful and informative. They repaired my vehicle and got it back to me in less than 48 hours! They kept me updated and honestly knocked it out of the park! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend them!

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. They took great care of my car. More reasonably priced and professional than other auto body shops in the Portland area.

Overall communication is great. But trash and over spill glue or paint was on the inside of my vehicle. It also seemed they left the doors open in an area at there shop that allowed all the sand or dust particles enter my vehicle which was hard to clean due to cloth like materials. David and the team have gone above and beyond to ensure there work is exemplary. I've unfortunately needed body work on a 2017 Jeep Patriot and 2017 Honda Accord and the work done is amazing.

I was extremely impressed with Caliber, they were very thorough, pleasant and did an amazing job on my car!
I will recommend them to anyone who needs their car's "boo-boo! ", fixed!

Quality of the paint work was very good.the shop personnel were kind.but they installed the new headlight incorrectly and left it misaligned.a radiator mount needed to be replaced and i guess after fixing that they forgot to connect a coolant hose linkage properly so all of my coolant drained and the engine started to overheat leaving me pretty much stranded.all of this after they had my car for 3 weeks. I ended up having my car towed to a local mechanic and had to pay $475 out of pocket to repair my cooling system.which Caliber said they would cover/reimburse me for.yet no calls.nothing.not very pleased.

Excellent and professional at every turn. They finished my body work early and cleaned and vacuumed my very dirty car! I felt refreshed and with my car fixed I can go anywhere now!

This place has excellent customer service. We got an estimate almost right away. We took our car there because it was on an accident and was damaged. After they performed their work it looked brand new. They are very professional and kept me updated at all times. We used the Long Beach, CA location.

The employees treated me with a lot of respect and always let me know what step during the process they were on. They delivered my vehicle on time and performed excellent work. This place is truly professional.

I have had auto body repairs done at other shops in the past. This was the best experience by far! They kept me updated of how it was going daily. It was done on time even with a broken part originally coming in and having to get another in! 10/10 would recommend and will remember if I'm in need in the future!

AWESOME service from Brad. Did a drop in with my bumper hanging off from a hit and run. They took a look at it immediately. Fixed the dent, and popped my bumper right back into place, free of charge! Took about 10 minutes and saved me about 1500 bucks having to replace the entire bumper. I’ll be referring friends and family!

2017 Golf R went in for a smashed door and window. Other person's insurance company wanted to get me an aftermarket door but Don went out of his way to find a recycled Golf R door instead. Constant communication and updates throughout the process, and a swift repair and return of my car. Can't say enough great things about Don and everyone at Abra. Thanks again.
