Andrew was fabulous! I needed a part very quickly so my son could move back to Vermont. I came in at 2: 00 in the afternoon and he had it the very next day! They were all courteous and willing to help.

Caliber collision was very professional prompt and kept me informed of the process in progress of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend caliber collision to my friends and family that are in need I’m having body work done to their car.

Very professional service. My first call netted me an appointment time for assessment of damages and inquiries regarding loaner car options. I was kept informed of progress during each step of the repair. ALSO, instead of the estimated seven days, my car was finished in five! I am very happy with the result.

Someone hit my car so I took it to Caliber Collision. They did a great job on my car. They also did it in a very timely manner. But I have to say that their customer service was the best. I was having issues with Kemper insurance and Caliber took over so I no longer had to deal with Kemper. Then after dropping my car off I had a death in the family. Caliber was so kind. They stored my Infinity at their shop for the weekend so I wouldnt have to drive all the way back to pick my car up. These people not only do great work but I believe they truly care about their customers. And that's hard to find these days! I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I had a lady back into the front of my car at the gas station. She did some damage to the front end of my car. Caliber did a excellent job with the repairs. Great staff that works there. They all did a outstanding job.

Repaired my vehicle after I was rear ended. It took a long time because it was difficult to get parts during covid, so that is not their fault. It also took longer than expected because the damage was more severe than originally thought. They were professional and kept me informed during the entire process.

Well they had to bump my appraisal from last monday to next Tuesday. They're short handed and we were on fire.so I get it. They just should've called or text instead of waiting for me to show up.
