Caliber Collision, Clackamas OR

I was in a car accident and had my car towed here and these folks were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was having a difficult time working through insurance but Caliber Collision made things super easy and were able to provide an estimate on damages very quickly and way ahead of schedule to get me back on track. I am very thankful for their help and would recommend them to anyone!

Caliper at Clackamas is totally awesome. I met more than one person out there and they all CARE, They want their customers happy. I had a very extensive repair to my car, you could not even tell they fixed it. Jeff the estimater was fabulous

I was very impressed with the customer service when I first dropped off the car. Upon returning to pick it up I was very pleased to see what a great job they had done. Looked like a new car. Also the detail work on the inside was a complete surprise and I really appreciated it. The staff at Caliber Collision were awesome. I would highly recommend this place for your car needs.

After a tree fell on my car I had an incredibly difficult time finding a shop that would fix my car in a timely fashion. Jeff and the team at Calibur did a fantastic job and finished the repairs before insurance stopped paying for my rental. 10/10.

This is the only place you will want to take your vehicle! They were amazing and the best customer service! What started as a stressful situation with my car getting hit turned out into a great experience. They were fast, efficient, and amazing with service!

The staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and they kept me informed frequently as to progress being made. The repairs took longer than I had anticipated but I assume that supply chain issues and shortage of skilled workers was to blame.

My truck was damaged by a transport company and Caliber Collision restored it back to pre loss condition and restored me back to my rhythm of life. Thank you all at Caliber Clackamas!

So the work was done in timely manner and good. Communication was great. My only advice for people that use them is inspect your vehicle for parts and tools left in your car. Also inspect for cleanliness because I got grease smudges on my drivers seat. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but if I do, I will. Paid out of pocket and they saved me some money.

My experience was TOP NOTCH at the Clackamas SE 82nd office. Everyone was professional, friendly and kind and my car was completed in shorter time than I had anticipated. They texted me at every step and arranged my rental car with a drop off at their office. It was a wonderful experience.

I have NEVER listened to my car insurance company (progressive) when it comes to recommended shops, but I decided to do it this one time because they were close by and it was convienant and they had decent reviews. What a waste of time this was. I went in for bumper replacement in a small fender bender. First off it took a month to repair. Now I don't blame them for that, I understand supply chain is an issue, the problem I had is when I got it back they had only put in about 3-4 of the plastic clips that hold the bumper to the frame of the car. How do you miss that? Next the bumper now has a clear gap between it and the rest of the car and doesn't look good. I took the car back, was told they could have it done the same day, took another 2 days, costing me money from work. The job should be done right the first time, and and I wasted a lot of time for something that was billed as a 5k plus job. The only reason they got 2 stars was because their staff was nice.

Welcome back to Isla Mujeres at the white house. Now, we are 7 people and my kids are able to use the sofa beds. We love it! We are very happy!

The passenger side of my Subaru was damaged from just behind the front wheel all the way back to the tail light. The folks at Caliber were great to work with and the car now looks fantastic.

UPDATE: Caliber corrected the problem at no extra cost.

Vehicle was returned to us with incomplete repairs. Door ajar alarm worked properly even after accident. Was returned to us broken and interior light stays on and door reports open always. Unacceptable

Went to get an estimate, Talked to the person named Andrew. Asked to get a free estimate on my damage on the car, he said he is too busy to do that. I asked how long does it take, he said not long. Instead of helping he spent 5 minutes arguing with me. I asked if he could just take pictures & write me an estimate & email it to me whenever he can, He said no. The damage was too minor & doesn’t require to take any parts off
