These guys went above and beyond not once but twice for me. The staff is so friendly. They washed my truck which I wasn't expecting, they tried helping me with a tire valve stem. I will be recommending these guys to anyone. Love this place.

I had front end damage work done by Caliber. They did a fantastic job. Not only was the work superb their customer service was amazing! I had a dent not related to my job I wanted to get fixed while the car was in the shop. They offered me the number of guy who could fix the dent cheaper than they could since the dent didn’t need paint. And I wanted to pay cash. And he could do it right there in their shop. He was fantastic and did an amazing job my door looks brand new! And then I get my car back from Caliber and not only is the front end damage fixed and that ugly dent gone but they cleaned the inside of my car so we’ll it looks like it’s been detailed! That’s above and beyond amazing customer care!

My experience with body shops is limited, but Caliber in Redmond was excellent from start to finish. Highest recommendation.

Good service. Consistent contact and better than anticipated repair time. I was able to drop off my rental at the repair shop making it very convenient to pick up my vehicle.

Took my car in for a minor repair, my driverside door was hit; broke the side view mirror and door track. Side view mirror doesn't match the one that came off the car so it looks lopsided and the door track and motor are less than half the speed of my other three which means it is probably Chinese. You don't put that on a BMW. Plus they had my car over 2 1/2 months!

Excellent experience with Caliber. My wife got hit and had some damage to her driver side fender/side, and they fixed it in a timely manner with good updates about when it would be done throughout the process.

Ken provided curteous and friendly advice, prompt service, and generous attitude; in my opinion he represented his company in the best manner possible and I greatly appreciated him.

My son drove my brand new car into a dumpster and left a big ugly mark on it. I took it in and they polished it, making it look brand new! I would recommend this shop to anyone!
