Took in tailgate expecting to be charged an arm and a leg but was instead met with an amazing and helpful staff who worked with me to meet my needs and budge. Didn’t feel pressured to purchase any extras but was given the knowledge I needed to make any choices. Awesome experience and will definitely go back!

I was received on time and was made to feel special and that they will do the best they can fixing my Van. When I picked up my Van it looked better than when I bought it. Caliber collision was or is super great. The people know what they’re doing but they’re saying they get the job done and the job is 100% excellent.

I saw them on simple search but they had great reviews. Had a big scratch in the door I spoke to them in the morning and they got me in for an estimate early afternoon. They were extremely helpful and were able work it out while I waited. They were very honest no upsale and gave me an excellent price. Definitely earned our business in the future.

My input was ignored and the person coordinating the care did not follow through with promised work. Because of this my insurance company won’t pay for a full repair. Thanks for nothing, Caliber.

I went to get damage assessed, they were very professional and helpful. They fixed some minor damage quickly and saved me money, could not be happier.

I highly recommend this shop. They were very informative throughout the entire process of my car being repaired. A week after getting my car back. I noticed the trunk wouldn’t open with my remote. I took it back and they immediately took my car in and located a wire that had come loose and fixed the problem. They definitely stand by their work.

I have used this business twice and both times they did a fantastic job. My car looks like new again. They are great at taking care of you, keeping you informed as to what’s going on time wise etc. Thank you for the great job you’ve done on my car.

Took my truck in to get an estimate had to make an appointment 1 month out went in for estimate 1st thing I was told was that they don't work on anything over 25 years old. Don't know why I wasn't told this in the 1st place instead of wasting my time. Then tells me some bull about frame being bent have been to 2 other body shops and have said the have to take it apart to see if it was so caliper was just blowing me off will never go back to any caliper body shop ever again

They are very professional in every aspect of Auto Body repair and kept me well informed during the repair process and they used factory parts to make the repairs. I highly recommend them. And if I should ever need to get my Suburban or any other vehicle repaired I will be using Caliber Collision in the future.
