The installer did not even put the cover over the cable box outside. He didn't clean up outside after himself. And they told me twice they were coming to fix everything but nobody showed two days in a row as I sat home waiting for them.
The TV and internet went out about 3-4 hours after he installed it!
I have pictures to prove exactly how things were left. Plus they were told when I signed up that there is a cable of theirs hanging down and wrapped around my fence in the back yard and was told they were going to take care of it but 9 weeks later it's still there!

I had some initial difficulty in waiting to get the line buried at my house. Once buried there was some miscommunication about activating it. After that though the cable line has been working excellently. I'd say the speed is better and more constant than Time Warner or Comcast. The customer service advised me that I could buy their modem or buy my own and I bought my own high end modem. They have multiple tier data plans that are very affordable. The up time has been much better than my CenturyLink DSL and the speed is several times faster. I think I'm getting roughly 30-50mbps down and 8-10mpbs up depending on the time of day.

I've had numerous cable companies over the last few decades and this is one of the easiest and most convenient services I've been on. Feels good to support a smaller company and not one of the massive corporate giants.

I can see that they do need to get some friendlier and more experienced customer service agents answering the phone though. The tech's however were experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a convenient tool where you can check your data usage at any time and if you go over your data limit they don't penalize you or overcharge you. They simply throttle you down until your next billing cycle. I like that idea!

In all this has been a great experience and to be this far out in the country and sailing along on high speed cable is great. Gaming, business, streaming, etc.all lightning fast! Would highly reccomend! A+

Had this cable service for four years now. Had the basic internet for 2 years and streamed movies on Hulu, and Netflix pretty good. Then it wouldn't work so I upgraded and it sort of worked now it rarely works.going to switch do not recommend them at all. They are constantly off line.

Horrible customer service both in person and over the phone. Never had someone be so unhelpful and I've had CenturyLink. The s*it on their customers because they are the only game in town with more than 5mbps download speed. They don't care that you pay for theor service, they'll still tell you your issues won't be fixed for 3 weeks and you can kick rocks until then. Would give 0 stars if I could.
