We like this store we stop here when we head south. After shopping we spend the night in the parking lot. They have all the stuff we need and the staff is always nice and willing to help us and no sales tax

Excellent repair… on time as promised and great knowledge and willing to share experiences. Will definitely keep this as my place for repairs and services. Great job

Camping World in Wilsonville is the Greatest! Their service Department is outstanding! We had just purchased our Thor Magnitude in Idaho and was on our way home and the Macerator toilet would not work, needless to say I was very upset with the smelly situation. We stopped at Wilsonville Camping World and Bill, service writer at the counter and Brian the tech, were soooo helpful and fixed it right away! We were back on the Road Great guys and couldn't have ask for any better service!

I was was disappointed. I thought it would be more like Sierra trading post or Costco for camping. They didn't have much for tent camping but alot for RVing. Also you need a membership to get the good prices for things otherwise it's ridiculously expensive.

Although camping world has a lot of products most are somewhat overpriced compared to what you can buy online. When I first showed up to be waited on for the service department there was only two people serving one was already with a customer and the other guy had just recently walked up and was bsing with the clerk for almost 15 minutes while I stood there waiting for my appointment which is at 2: 00 and was now 2: 20 still waiting for him to take my information to get my warranty work started on my trailer but this guy as soon as the customer walked away the clerk started fooling with his computer for another 5 minutes and finally looked up and said can I help you. I was here to have some warranty work done on my refrigerator because of the recall and come to find out I drove 1 hour from my home to Wilsonville only to find out that the warranty work for this recall on my refrigerator had already been done what a wasted trip.

The people I dealt with were friendly and personable, but. The service I brought my camper in for was not done. They ran a refrigerator test I didn’t ask for but didn’t attempt to address the problem I described. They just shrugged and blamed the problem on the camper design which has been in production for decades (Casita) and this fridge worked great for 3 years previously. They supposedly inspected my tires and brakes but I got no information and they couldn’t provide it when asked. I asked for the wheel bearings to be replaced and provided the replacement parts. When I picked up and the parts hadn’t been used, they said “oh yah, we don’t do that. “ So, $500 later I still can’t use my refrigerator, my propane system still smells like it leaks, and I have to get the wheel service & inspection done somewhere else.

Great inventory. Staff couldn't be bothered. Felt like they didn't want to be there and people shopping were a bother. Pretty rude staff compared to the Coburg store and staff.

Bill and staff did a fabulous job installing the vent system for my washer -dryer in my Northpoint fifth wheel. I highly recommend them!

Huge shout out to this place and employees! We were having issues with our airstream and pulled off the highway. They were so helpful and got us back on the road. Everyone was super nice!

Our front Air Conditioner stopped working and we were on the road from So California and unable to find anyone to work on it. We were in Oregon and everyone we talked to said they were so backed up it would take 4 to 6 weeks before they could even look at it. Fortunately we called Camping World in Wilsonville and talked to Bill Spain who is a service manager at that location. He encouraged us to come in so they could take a look at it the next day. It took his staff about 45 minutes to determine the Air Conditioner could not be repaired. We ordered a new one from Tiffin Motor Homes and they shipped it the next day from Alabama.

Bill explained to us that they could not schedule the installation until they physically had the part, but he encouraged us to keep in touch and when they received it, they would work us in, but no promises. The part took two weeks to arrive at Wilsonville. Bill and I talked daily as I shared my frustration with the trucking companies performance. The trucking company actually lost track of the shipment for 3 days but again Bill kept telling me they would work
us in if they could. Finally on Friday, July 8th, I received notice from the trucking company that the unit was on the truck and it would be delivered that day. Bill again stated until he had the part, he could not schedule he service. The part arrived at 2pm and we were waiting in the parking lot. It turned out, with Bill’s managers help, they completed the install before 4pm.

I can’t say enough about how accommodating and patient Bill was in dealing with us. And the fact they completed the installation on a Friday afternoon on a minutes notice is just short of a miracle. After everyone else told us they were too busy, Camping World in Wilsonville, Oregon, came through and delivered.

Thanks again to Bill and the entire team at Camping World! Oh, and by the way, the air conditioner works great.

Most unprofessional employees and rude. Will never spend another dime at this company. Before installing equipment and they add on over $400 it should explained. When giving quotes and you tell them what trailer you have they should look up and know what they are working with so they can give accurate quotes and information. Never again

The front counter person Rhonda is extremely excellent she always goes above and beyond to make sure your happy and pleased with your experience I’ve been doing business with camping world at this location for over 25 years with two different motor homes and Rhonda always their for me and store manager Curtis is on top of things

I needed to have my pickup wired to pull a camp trailer with brakes. I called Camping World of Wilsonville and spoke with Rhonda Gee. She was extremely helpful in getting me a quote, explaining what I needed, and getting me an appointment. The next day I had the work done and cost came in under the quote. I was happy with the work and service!

I recently brought my trailer to Camping World in Wilsonville, Oregon for some brake issues and I was overly impressed with the services provided by the Parts and Services Department. Rhonda was extremely helpful in getting my trailer scheduled very quickly and ensuring all the paperwork was done correctly. Brian was also a tremendous help explaining the work done and what could be done to prevent the issue from happening again. All in all, a great organization. I won't hesitate to go back and have them work on my trailer again.

This camping world is wonderful and has lots of fun items for you camping and RV needs and wants. Customer service is great especially Nick. We've been in a few times and he is always genuine and helpful. Every time we walk in he's said hello and asked if we needed help. All the staff has been nice but he's really stood out every time we go. Definitely a great Camping World!

Rhonda is my service writer and her professional care has helped me with my new to me motorhome. She makes you feel secure in knowing the answers to your questions. Always trying to accommodate my concerns will make her my first phone call.
