This company is terrible to go through. They will not do a full inspection of your new trailer, they will leave it dirty as well. I have had nothing but issues with a brand new trailer. Issues they let me leave the lot with. They have horrible customer service and put no effort into making things right for a customer. I wish I never went through them and I advise no one else to either.

As I was driving from San Jose, CA to Seattle, WA, I couldn't help but admire the breathtaking scenery along the way. Suddenly, my eyes caught sight of the largest most magnificent American flag waving in the wind, as if it was straight out of a movie scene. It was located at Camping World of Eugene, and I just had to share this amazing sight.

This has been hands down the easiest purchase experience for both my husband and I. Starting with Justin in sales. He showed us everything we asked to see. Then put up with us leaving and coming back to look at the unit several more times. He was so helpful and patient with us the entire process. He made sure all of our questions got answered either when we were there in person, or over the phone or even by answering my emails. The managers helped us get any questions answered if Justin wasn’t available. And the finance department made sure we understood everything we were paying for. We got the perfect 5th wheel for our family and we will definitely be continuing to do business with them in the future!

Went to Camping world because we needed a new trailer to go camping, my sales guy sat down with me to go over all of our options and was incredibly kind and patient and answered all of our questions.

He helped us to pick out a few to go look at and ended up really liking the Keystone Bullet option and got a great deal on it!

Thank you Camping World for a good sales experience, friendly sales staff, and the support.

Everyone was very kind, our sales guy was able to show us a Grey Wolf that was awesome and had a really nice layout for me and my kids. Our first camping trip was great, cant wait to take it out again.

Updated my rating. Chris our sales person was amazing. Sam the service advisor was amazing in explaining things. Everyone else we've dealt with has been less then helpful.

We bought a brand new same year trailer never been used and all its done is ran into major electrical issues and fallen apart over a year, weve taken it out 5 times total. We contacted camping world's service department literally every trip we take because something new goes wrong such as the slide out being stuck or the electrical being totally dead from sitting doing nothing.

When I spoke with the general manager Derek he had no clue what our warranty even covered and couldn't explain anything to me he just wanted me to get off the phone by passing me to another depth manager. Derek shouldn't be the general manager if he knows generally nothing about his own business. The service department wants to charge us a "discounted" $705 to LOOK at the trailer. Repairs will probably be upwards of a few thousand dollars since the extended warranty that was $3000 is all but uselss so far. Finance manager Joe told us at most we'd experience a $50-100 deducitble if we being it back there which is what we did and that hasnt been true yet. This has been the worst RV ownership experience of my life and I regret it everytime I see this junk box in my driveway. Stay away for your own sake.

Update 2: 09/21/23

Still dealing with issues. Since camping world last repair on my unit has now made the slide out 100% faulty (it is tilting out of the body of the trailer and getting stuck when extending) and still having battery issues. They refuse to believe this unit is a lemon and are doing minimal to attempt to make this right. Dropping off for service again which costs around $200 in gas round trip each time.

I recommend everyone avoids business dealings with this company as you will be sold non-inspected garbage by their team who blames each other for not being forthcoming.

Just to give a lovely update my trailers been parked dead in my driveway for 2 months, it's 11/03/23. Amazing how this company can legally scam you.

11/03/23 UPDATE. NICK THE SALESMAN DECEIVED/LIIED TO US ABOUT THE NEW TECHNOLOGY DOUBLE WALLS SO NO MOISTURE COMES INSIDE SO, YOU CAN RV FULL TIME"! THAT WAS THE MAIN THING FOR US BECAUSE WE WANT TO RV FULL TIME AND THAT IS WHAT WE TOLD NICK. NOW OUR BED, MATTRESS COVER, CLOTHES, PERSONAL PROPERTY, ALL IN ONE COMPUTER AND THE WALLS ARE COVERED IN MILDEW AND MOLD. SEE ALOTE OF PICTURES ON MY YELP REVIEW. WE HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT NOW BECAUSE THEY ALSO BENT THE FRAMING ON OUR BATHROOM DOOR SO IT DOES NOT SHUT ANYMORE AND THE FRONT DOOR HAS BEEN BENT BACK BY CAMPING WORLD SERVICE CENTER AND BROKE A HINGE. STRIPPED SCREWS IN THE OTHER HINGE. SERVICE CENTER MANAGER ALONG WITH SAMANTHA WAS NOTIFIED BY US IMMEDIATELY AND THEY TOOK PICTURES FOR EVIDENCE, NOW THEY WONT TALK TO US. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, VERY VINDICTIVE. LOOK AT OUR YELP REVIEWS ON THEM OVER 6 YEARS AND YOU BE THE JUDGE IF THEY JUST GOT VINDICTIVE TOWARDS US. NOW WE HAVE A $30,000 POS. OH YEAY, THEY HELLA OVERCHARGED US FOR THIS 1740RK Keystone. We still owe more on this trailer after paying on it for 2 Years, the 2024 1740RK's are cheaper than what we still owe on this older one. JUST SAYING

went to buy a travel trailer 4.5 years ago. We were told by their mgmt to get my score up above 600 and they would help us. 2 years later I got my score up to 700 and went back to buy a trailer. My wife and I had NICK (LIER, CON ARTIST) as our salesman. He showed us 2 trailers and explained since we're going to be rv'ing full time we want a dual wall so moisture, mildew and mold don't come in and the trailer he is showing us is just that, perfect for us (model#1740RK) we bought it. Took it home, put it under an awning and that's where it stayed till we got a vehicle that can tow it since NICK lied and said our jeep grand cherokee has got plenty of power. THAT ALSO WAS A LIE. 2 years go buy and making 230 dollar payments each month for a unit that we can't use thanks to CAMPING WORLDS HONOST AND TRUTHFUL SALESMAN THEY EMPLOY. HA HA!
2 YEARS go by, when we go to use it since we finally traded in our jeep for a truck. The hot water heater was fried, the A/C don't blow cold air. NOW WERE OUT OVER $6000 out of pocket since Good Sam ext warranty accused me and my wife of fraud when we filed our claim and with all these rich aholes out there screwing all of us hard working people, I did not want to take a chance of them getting together with camping world to get their stories straight. We payed for everything. So now we're out over $34,000 and the "BRAND NEW 2024 1740RK'S ARE ONLY $24,999. " WHATTTTTTT
OH THIS IS THE BEST PART.
5 DAYS after we purchased our 1740rk, Camping world put them on sale for almost $10,000 less at the HUGE RV SHOW.
WHY COULDNT THEY LET US KNOW FIRST OR JUST GAVE US THAT DEAL?
Than as were trying to trade it in at camping world, NICK has the balls to look at my wife and tell her, **THANK YOU GUYS, YOUR COMMISSION LET ME BUY MY NEW HOUSE I CANT PAY FOR NOW** HE IS SO LUCKY I HELD MY COMPOSURE OR HE WOULDVE HAD BROKEN EYE SOCKETS.
NOW WHAT CAN WE DO?
BANKRUPTCY. ***AGAIN***

Sold us a used rv promising everything was working. Swore water, a/c and all the bells and whistles worked. Had countless problems and and have to bring it in for service 3 times one of them for 3 days in the first 3 weeks.
Not replacing parts, not fixing the problems i had told them to fix. Manager doesn’t want to talk to the customers and slams the door upon you trying to talk to him.
Told service not to document some services done to our RV which is shady. And not order parts. Leaving doors unlocked on our rv home while it sits in the parking lot….
Literally a giant mess and hate being here so much to just get what i paid for to actually work like promised… they were super nice at first and then as soon as you buy it treat you like a buzzing fly in their face.

Maybe if you all did your job and sold what you advertised people wouldn't bother you all so much.

Last note.retail workers are very sweet and kind. Its everyone else who sucks and doesn't so their job.

My wife and I were on a camping trip recently, and realized the house batteries in our Winnebago View were no longer holding a charge. We stopped in at Camping World and purchased two new ones, but the service department was busy and couldn't install them right away.

I decided to install them myself in the parking lot, but ran into a bit of a problem getting the hold-down clamps removed. I went back into the store and spoke with Tyler at the parts desk, who simply couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! He went into the shop and spoke with the service manager, and borrowed an impact wrench for me to use. He then came out to the parking lot and did what he could to assist me.

I finally got the batteries changed out and we were soon back on the road, but I never could have done it without Tyler’s help! I offered to pay him for his time, but he refused, and said he was just glad to help.

Tyler went way out of his way to help a couple of travelers in need!

They missed diagnosed two major problems with our trailer wanted to charges thousands of dollars to repair it and my neighbor repaired everything for under $400 then they ship me a tail light a $23 tail light and charge me $46 in shipping I will never go back there and I recommend you don't either find another dealer to deal with

I’m sitting in a spot with no power because they kept my power cord after my last service. No one can talk to me from the service sept. The last three times I’ve called, no one can talk to me either. Save yourself the trouble and go to Bishs in Junction city. These guys are the worst.

Just drove 4 hours to purchase a 5th wheel. Never was told to put a hold deposit. They even called and knew we were 100 miles away. Sold it 10 minutes before walking in. Horrible sales people. Will never do business with any on them ever again.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. SO bad I would rather call Comcast everyday for a month, or go to the DMV for same amount of time before dealing with these guys again. Had my RV for a little over a month, no return phone calls, tried to upsell us a bunch of work we didnt need, and was supposed to get RV across street to Cummins to get Generator serviced and they failed to do that. Then when I showed up to get trailer for appt at Cummins they acted like they had no clue into any of it. Would not recommend. PERIOD.

They made an agreement to purchase our trailer, signed documents over a month ago. Said that the check to our lender would be sent in a week. Got our ten day payoff and still have not sent payment. Called and were told that person was on vacation and forgot to send payment. Over a week after that call they still have not sent payment. Frustrating experience all around. Have had our trailer and at this point don’t believe they have intentions to actually follow through with their signed purchase agreement.
