When looking for a place to store our cargo trailer this seemed like a good choice as it is advertised as secure and the main office has several screens displaying all of the cameras on the property. The rates were decent and they were very friendly. They served us well for over a year before our trailer was stolen from the property during normal business hours by two men who entered using a code which we found to be shared to an untold amount of workers for a construction company which is one of many who are storing trailers and equipment in this facility. We didn't expect the facility to cover any of our losses however it was disappointing to find that no changes have been made since this happened to ensure that it would be an isolated incident. The representative from the construction company who we spoke with actually told us that they had shared the gate code with too many of their employees to change the code. (Yes, you read that right) the gate code that was used to enter and take our trailer is still active as far as we know. When I spoke with other tenants of the facility from other company's coming to pick up equipment in the morning they had no idea that this had happened despite it being a week later and seemed very worried about their belongings as well due to the fact that they too believed the facility to be very secure. We were provided with video of the people who took our trailer including getting to look at them right in the face as they entered the gate code and the cameras showed them driving off with all of our families belongings in a vehicle with no plates during normal business hours. We were not notified and had no way of knowing that our trailer had been taken until we came to the facility to pick it up only to find that it was gone. It is also worth noting that many trailers inside the gates of this facility remain without any locks preventing them from being stolen as well due to this really seeming to be a secure facility despite our family founding out otherwise the hard way. Included is a picture of the man who was able to drive in and take all of our families memories without raising any suspicion during business hours using a gate code that was shared "to too many people to be able to change it"

Big fan of Canby RV and Boat Storage! Susan is super helpful, knowledgeable, and organized! All things that have made my experience here an outstanding one. The space is super clean and seems to be pretty safe and secure. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of storage.
