Booked a couples massage for Sept. 6th about a week in advance. The morning of, about 3 hours before the scheduled time, they cancelled as one their massage therapists were sick. Not an issue, these things happen.

They refunded me the amount, but were short $15. Obviously not ok since we never received the massage. I texted them and asked for them to refund the remaining amount. They said they'd get it processed - a few days later they call me back and say they can't find my information in their system (and called me the wrong name, which is probably part of it). They offered to write me a check for the difference and said they'd send it the next business day.

After waiting over 2 weeks I never received the check, so I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Pretty disappointing behavior and makes me question how organized they are if they can so easily refund both the wrong amount and lose track of who is requesting the refund.

Overpriced. Let me start by saying Jody was caring and I felt like she really wanted to take care of me. I got the pregnancy massage, which cost $15 more than the regular 60 min massage. Why? I’m not sure…The difference was my position and having pillow support. (One pillow without a cover on it, kinda gross.)
And they charge an additional $3 for credit cards?
It does not feel like a spa like experience but is spa prices … and it was the brightest room I’ve ever had a massage it. Not necessarily relaxing.
$153 + tip - it’s hard to give more stars because I didn’t feel like the value was there.
I think for that price we should expect more.
Nonetheless, Jody and the front desk were pleasant.

May husband and I have been going to Cannon Beach Spa for over twenty years and it has always been fantastic. Our most recent visit this past weekend was no exception. As always the spa is immaculate and serene. My husband received a deep tissue massage from christy. She was knowledgable, and used a variety of modalities to help ease the discomfort in his back. In addition, I received the 90 minute deep tissue massage from Dawn. Wow does she know her stuff! Not only did she offer a relaxing massage but when I explained my Sciatica and SI joint ache she performed a series of stretching techniques that stretched parts my body I have never been able to stretch before! I feel great and the ache has been relieved. The experience made our beach getaway even more relaxing. Can’t wait to return.

Enjoyed the absolute best massage experience I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve had MANY). Jody did an excellent job and I left so relaxed and refreshed. The ambience was just perfect and they have so many treatment options available. I definitely plan to make Cannon Beach Spa my go to spot whenever we visit again. Be sure to ask for Jody!

I booked a couples massage and the ladies were very nice. The lady on the phone charged my credit card over the phone for a deposit. We had our massages and mine was a bit odd and not really relaxing. Afterwards, I paid the balance and wasn't really paying attention. I had thought the massages were $65 each but I ended up being charged $130 each. I messaged them after the fact and said I thought I was charged double but they explained they were $130 each. I must have missed that somewhere but they definitely weren't worth $130 each. I asked for a receipt that reflected the $130 each charge but was told I was sent the correct receipt. But the receipt I received only stated $65 so I was unable to claim the full amount on my insurance.
