5 Mike in service is unable to communicate effectively or take the concerns I have and make sure they are taken care of.
Even emailed Kyle Read (owner) & no response. Even with the promise to rectify the situation was not taken seriously as he did not want to respond
The service department has kept my parent's vehicle (Buick) for over 3 months in their repair shop; did not offer a loaner vehicle. What they did offer was nothing but excuse after excuse. I am super disappointed. Currently still awaiting repair and return of vehicle. Will not recommend this business! I Am considering reporting this business to the BBB! If I could would give them a ZERO rating!
Ty in the service department is awesome. He's very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Ty always answers questions and goes above and beyond. Ty knows his customers by name and provides excellent customer service.

I walked in there feeling super stressed and nervous about my situation and she seems to always open up the doors for me. I am super thankful and know I will be back again. I don't have enough words to thank her for what she's done. She's definitely tried finding my best fit and has been super patient with me!
Brand new 2020 truck would not start. Had to have it towed in. The next morning when they finally looked at it, it started right up. The service person told us we need to read the manual on how to start it. We have owned it for almost 7 months, and are just now getting told how to start it. Lol was a joke capitol! I am I know most people by a brand new truck just to look at it for 7 months! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN- I was skeptical to work with them again after issues that I had years ago. Well once again U have proved to be less than stellar. Great job!
