Car Toys, Beaverton OR

We have used Car Toys in Beaverton for 10 years to meet all our electronic needs. They have a fanatstic product line and the entire staff gets 5 stars for customer service.

Francisco was so awesome and made me feel special as he ordered what I wanted from another location.

Were very nice and pleasant. Had my stereo and front speakers changed out for new ones. Only complaint is they were sloppy on the clean up. There is sticky stuff on my dash controls, and there were connection & wire components that had been removed from the original stereo just lying on the floor of my car.

This is when they said my car stereo was done. That my car wouldn't start because my battery was drained and my AC was not connected back.

Waited 25 min for some help and didn't receive anything. Some idiot made some chicken Parmesan food and it smelled like feet so I couldn't browse half the store, and also I found an item that was "refurbished" and put back in the box. As I left I saw one of the salesmen laughing with his installer buddy. Service sucks, only buy from this location if you want to get ripped off and treated poorly.

They have so many options. Out of all locations there's is the best by far. Ask for Francisco he's very helpful and had an answer for every question.

Chris the installer did a great job with the install on our Vechicles! Expert technician and professional sales person. Mr. Miller the owner helped us pick out the right equipment with a sense of offering a completely satisfied experience. They offered Black Friday pricing on Wednesday.

Great staff tons of help and recommendations no better place to go looking forward to going back!

Great customer service. As soon as I showed up they attended me. Quentin gave me excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations. I love my new sound system!

Spend your money somewhere else. These guys lied about a cheaper product, didn't install alarm as discussed, left install trash in the car, DAMAGED MY CAR AND THEY HAD TO TOW IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO REPAIR (and wouldn't tell me what happened), they take cigarette breaks 5 feet from your windows they leave down. Link to survey on receipt is broken. Store manager tells whatever lie gets him out of the moment. Area manager wouldn't respond to me at all. This location/company is a joke.

We went in with questions about getting the ability of hands free phone service in our car and the staff were very helpful with picking out the right equipment, explaining everything. The installation is a great job we couldn't be happier. Our hats are off to everyone that help us & the staff.
