These people went out of their way for me. I didn't get the answer I was looking for but the representative was polite and helpful.

Quick and easy. Diagnosed the problem with my sub, ended up being blown, and hooked me up with a good deal on a new one. I will go back when I upgrade the speakers and get some bigger subwoofers. Unlike smaller stores I've been too, I feel like I was told the truth here about my purchases.

Has our vehicle detailed. Didn't go well the first time. Reviewed the work and they offered to give it another try. Went much better the second time, but that entailed two visits and a slightly uncomfortable conversation in order to address the deficiencies. I don't know that I would go back. Was certainly not fantastic service. A coupon might soften the next visit.

Install was great, customer service was great, I love my new Pioneer double din receiver, they installed my Back up camera and it's working good. My only real complaint is that the installer didn't set the clock. Seems like a usual curtousey. No big deal though.
