Doc was so kind and informative. Nurse Ricki was amazing as well. Everyone was so nice!
It was clean, quiet, the dr was awesome. We got in and out and all question were heard and addressed.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I couldn't find parking and was a few minutes late for my son's appointment for Oct 18th at 12: 10pm and Cynthia at the front refused for my 2 month old son to be seen. I understand that being late could throw off other appointments but I was only 3 minutes past the grace period which she stated was a strict 10 minutes, though I've always known for it to be 15 minutes. Will not come back to this location ever.
Called beforehand to make sure they do labs here. Was told yes they do, I can walk in anytime. I get there and they do not draw blood at all. Teach your staff what you do and do not offer or make sure they ask!
