Deva the RN representing care partners hospice was very unprofessional and rude in front of family and care staff. It’s a very frightening experience to know that they have someone like her employed.

I was fortunate to have been referred to them by my mother’s physician. They were always available 24/7 to answer any questions I may have had. The consistency for approx 6 months with her entire team from her weekly nurse, to her 3x a week aide to help with bathing and sheet changing, to the weekly spiritual were always with the same person which made it very comfortable for my mother. Anytime anything was needed it was delivered that day or the next day. They were all so concerned and wonderful to work with. They made all the arrangement for her bed to delivered and picked up in an expeditious manner. I appreciated the follow up calls when my mother passed away. I’ve always felt my mother was in the best caring hands and they made it so much easier for me with their constant support and answering my many questions. I highly recommend them. I don’t know how I would have handled my mother’s care during this hard time without them!

Once again my family is most grateful for the responsiveness, timeliness, consideration and grace afforded my mother during her last two weeks. Because Care Partners was so responsive, Mother was referred to her home at Avamere Bethany rather than the alternative of a nursing home, which would have been most demoralizing for her and us. Care Partners has served two other close family members since 2010 and in each case we could not have been more pleased with their care.

A few years ago, I practiced nursing here. Now, I am a member of the board of directors. I'm proud to be a part of Care Partners because of the strong commitment to patients and families that persisted even throughout the pandemic. Every patient got in-person visits for care from registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, & chaplains to meet their needs. Providing excellent care for people with life-limiting illnesses, whether hospice or palliative care, changes people's lives.

Hospice with my mom was the absolute worst nightmare possible and care partners made it 1000 times worse. From multiple calls with no answer.to no regular nurse.to withholding pain medications.to acting like we were an inconvenience when she passed.to staring at the medical equipment for more than a day because they forgot to call it in to be removed.it was hands down the worst experience. They were horrible. It was so terrible I would never wish hospice care like this on my worst enemy.

We were very fortunate to have the compassionate services of CarePartners Hospice during the last few weeks of my wife's illness with colon cancer. We kept her at our house as it was her strong wish not to go anywhere else and our whole family shared that approach. In addition to 2-3x/week visit from a cleaning-support staff (washing sheets; bed-washing my wife, etc) a CarePartners nurse would come just about every day to provide very thorough medical care - not just regular physical checkup (monitoring vitals, etc) but also developed a strong emotional bond with all of us that was a great help as we went through such a difficult period. The follow-up support was also very thorough but sensitive to our needs at what is a very difficult time.

We were referred to 2-3 different Hospice Providers but after initial interviews it was clear that CarePartners was most connected to what we were looking for in palliative care. I could not recommend them enough for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation
