Hostess and food server were very friendly, food was served quickly, nice and hot and good. I specially like the coffee. Not too strong not too weak just right.

Really great quaint little place serves fantastic fajitas! I've eaten there a few times the service is fantastic and the food is absolutely delicious!

Bland Mexican Food? Bleah! Nothing has much flavor - no spiciness whatsoever in any dish I’ve tried there. The bar is okay, but that’s not enough to get me back there.

Go up the street to Eduardo’s. Much Better!

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in Cave Junction like Carlos Restaurante. The ambiance, food and service were excellent. As Mexicans we are critical of Mexican restaurants and their authencity, but Carlos did not disappoint. Our whole family enjoyed themselves. Thank you!

The chicken burritos we're huge, the margaritas we're awesum and the bartender and wait staff were always on top of my needs. I will be back.

The food was great and there was a lot to choose from. The staff was fast, friendly, and attentive. Great atmosphere as well!

Wonderful food. Group ordered, carne asada tacos, tacos Al pastor a specialty salad with amazing grilled chicken and Blackberry margaritas to go. We had excellent food fabulous service (young man named Chris) and would recommend to anyone looking for fantastic food and service!

I got the steak fajitas. Delicious, fast and HOT! Margarita on the rocks was just as I like 'em!

This is one of the only restaurants in Cave Junction that has good food. I've always had a good experience at Carlos restaurant. There also was a time I was in Cave Junction taking care of personal errands and needed internet briefly, without ordering food I asked the hostess if I could use their internet. She said that it was perfectly fine and have me the password. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

Friendly staff, good food, and outside seating. Ask for Consuela drink.it is so refreshing and worth the $9.00.very well priced!

Mexican food for white people but can ask the kitchen to spice it up. Shrimp Diablo, fajitas, rice, etc, good. Service quite good. Carlos is terrific.

The service is not very good anymore and the quality of food has gone down greatly. We continue to eat there cause it is literally almost the only restaurant in town.

A favorite eatery for a lunch or dinner. There are many choices to please any diner. I like the way Carlos does Mexican food. Also the full bar offers good drinks.

Got to the restaurant and was seated very quickly. It was a busy Friday night. The waitress got our drink order right away and did a good job checking up on us so she was able to get our order without us waiting long. Everything went downhill after that. My tortillas did not come with our food delivery and we had to ask 3 times for them. Finally about 15-20 minutes later she comes with the tortillas and I reach out my hand to get them and she reaches across to my aunt and gives the tortillas to her. (She had flower I had corn and she already had hers). I told the waitress those are mine thank you and she continued to reach across the table. At the end of our meal the waitress placed the check directly in front of my father on his to go box instead of on the table. I was the one paying for the meal. Found the waitress to be very unprofessional. Needless to say I left a Sub par tip. I felt like leaving 0 but that is unfair to the other restaurant staff who splits tips on card transactions. Would have liked to write the tip excludes her.

Always great food, with great and fast service. Made as requested and accommodations were made for our large party with no problem.

I PURCHASED A CRAB SALAD, THE CRAB SALAD MIGHT AS WELL BE CALLED CRAB JERKY SALAD FROM HOW HARD AND DRY THE CRAB WAS, LETTUCE SHOULD BE FRESHER GOOD FOOD BUT DRY CRAB IS A NO GO!
