Pretty good really average service with a smile. The employees need to learn how to wear a mask properly but not a determining as to whether or not I will eat there again

Fast service and good food. I like this location for those reasons. Parking lot is a little sketchy with the gas station and single entrance right there but that doesn't really impact the review.

I had a very large order, and it was given to me in a very prompt manner. They were extremely courteous and friendly.

Great at making substitutions for Gluten Free burger (made it lettuce wrap). No inside dining at the time of service

Hamburger was pretty good, but fries were excellent.served via drive thru very hot, which I so appreciate and enjoy. The lady at the window wore both mask and gloves, which I also appreciated.

One of the worst Carl's Jr restuarants I have ever been in. It was freezing cold. The hamburgers also cold. Food was terrible
Very disappointing.

Closed waaaay before midnight. Really nice for the hotel guests that already dont have a restaurant to eat at because holiday inn is being remodeled and we have 5 choices to eat

They give you a good amount of food at this location the only problem. Is they can be very slow if you eat inside. I have waited 20 minutes for my food more than once.

Hit and miss experience here. Sometimes very good, often poor service. Received the wrong order, which I didn't realize until several miles down I 5.

Deserves 4 stars in comparison to other fast food burger places - fresh cooked with fresh ingredients (lettuce, tomato) ; good fries and friendly service. Nice variety on the menu too.

Come to the establishment an hour before their website says they close, and am talked to rudely and am kicked out.

The chicken strips had no flavor. The French fries had no salt on them and they put them into our to go bag so they dumped out of the cup.

The breakfast burger is amazing but then drive through tenant has limited personal skills. I still give it 4 stars because the food is great.

Drive through jockey is extremely pushy. Really don’t like being asked 6 times, “will that complete your order” before I even have a chance to think or say anything. Chill out bro. You’re paid by the hour.

Excessive packaging on for here foods, but they have one of the better Beyond Meat burgers I've had so far.

Disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I dunno how a fly ends up inside a sandwich besides uncleanness and carelessness. Shift manager handled it properly and issued a refund. You should still look at this and want to do better way better. No excuses

The only guy in line, yet I'm kept waiting for 10 mins for cold fries, cold burger and hot sub-standard onion rings. They are cheap breaded onion rings, not battered like the east coast. Done with Carl's forever.

Best veggie burger in a lettuce wrap, so very generous with the lettuce.well done and the 100% vegetable based burger I bought by mistake.hubby didn't know it was t meat lol.so very tasty.super nice servers as well

I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr.in some time. I saw a commercial this morning and happened to drive by one and decided to stop. This is a joke. Previously frozen tomatoes, pre cooked patties, brown lettuce, burnt onions. The only part that was great was the Ice & coke.

Burgers are underrated. Definitely my go to when looking for the most bang for my buck. Quality burgers at a reasonable price.
