32Ordered their new BLT Chicken Sandwich Combos. They burned the chicken tasted, AND SMELLED burnt. Service was very good, and since the order was to go didn't know about the food until later.
Disgusting, the attitude and the food. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and got burnt everything and expired oil. We went to a different located Carl’s junior and they had a bad attitude and didn’t have a manager we could talk to. They did t want to replace our food and we lost $55 for expired food we threw away and didn’t get refunded or replaced!
Worst carls around on almost every visit. Today was my last. Slow, inaccurate, and rude. Take your money elsewhere.
Terrible customer service at walk-in window. No greeting by employee, trying to take my order (after waiting five minutes) while on headset taking car orders. I was the only customer inside the restaurant. Never asked if I wanted anything else. Took fifteen minutes to get my two chicken sandwiches and still never said anything to me.
The new chicken sandwich is a “JOKE”. It looks nothing like the picture and the deep fried chicken was a lump on one side of the bun with three pickle slices piled together on the other side of the bun and no white sauce visible anywhere on the bun.
I definitely will no go back.
This is a great Carl's Jr.location. It's modern and clean and the staff has always treated my family and I well. With it located near other places it's an easy choice to make when trying to combine errands and trips.
No ranch. Not sure what the national shortage of condiments that they are stating is going on right now, but yeah, no ranch. Other than that, food was great!
They don't give you a receipt so you can't complain when you don't get your food. They have enough free time to dox your name and info and call you back because you complain (I was wrong to swear) but not to get your order right, great priorities team. Went back to store, manager refused to speak to me or provide me with receipt. So I do not get the food I paid for. Was treated poorly and cannot speak to anybody because I said a rude word. Well lesson learned. ;)
Ok food. I remember when it was much better quality. Seems like prices raise, everytime I visit.
The staff members are very kind and efficient, the place is clean, everyone is wearing masks and taking corona seriously. If you go, please don't forget to be kind back to the staff; they are nice people doing a hard job with smiles on their faces.
The employees here are the stupidest people you’ll ever meet in your entire life. I realize that they work fast food for a living so they’re not worth much as human beings anyway, but they’ve really set the bar to a new low.

This place is awesome any burger you get, can replace the bread with lettuce wraps. So yummy no dry gluten free bread. I Love it.
Ordered a cheese burger and onion rings. The burger had cold un-melted cheese but was edible. The onion rings were cold, hard and had obviously been cooked a long time ago. Not good!
Friendly staff and good food. Even during a rush the food gets out at a fair time. I have yet to have a mistake on an order and the fries are great. I am genuinely concerned about the jolly rancher shake.
So glad they dont ask me to pull around and wait forever anymore. Much better. Thank you for a better experience.
They are hiring from what I understand which would explain why I wiped my own table down and they weren't even busy - So, for now the above resting.
Got the $5 meal and that's definitely one of my favorite meals for $5 at a fast food restaurant
Not up to par. The burgers are getting smaller, they are charging extra to sub a salad, and they were playing rap music. Also, they ran out of forks. I had to wait to eat my salad until they retrieved some forks. Sad really, used to be one of my favorite stops.
Food was delicious. It was hot and very fresh, made to order. Service was great. I like how they bring you your food to your table, makes it feel like a real restaurant. The outdoor seating was nice, especially on a nice day like today.
Consistency varies and your order will often be wrong. Also, they violate corporate policy by not giving military discounts.
