Staff are SUPER RUDE at this location.
Bad attitudes seem to follow the employees when they switch jobs.
Them burgers are the worst there is no care in making them any sandwich it's a shame the used to take pride in there food. It just like the rest of this country I got an operator from a foreign country when I ordered a pizza at dominos, all the service personal from most companies now get there help elsewhere and the good old USA is falling into a sad moment in our history let's thank ole Joe my heart bleeds what he's done to this country.
This is by far not my favorite Carl's Jr. Food is mediocre and the service leaves something to be desired.
One of the best burgers out of the fast food choices, tastes more like a real burger off the grill. Good selection of styles too and their onion rings are good.
Every time we order from here, they always get it wrong. The only reason it's two star is because the food we do get right, tastes good.but the lack of attention and lack of competence is very annoying. The managers need to pay some attention to their crew and teach how to do their simple job. This is why I'm heavily opposed to fast food making anything above minimum wage.
I wouldn't even leave one star if it was an option. The girl at the window said we couldn't have ranch with our order. We wanted one packet. We told her we'd pay for it she said no. Her name yeah said yaaaaassssshhh. That's obviously not her name. Wake was so rude and offline that week never go back. It's one of the only planes in town and we used to go all the time but honestly her attitude was out of control and week never go back.
We had a bad experience. Ice tea tasted like mold. Burgers were cold, not even luke warm. Asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Only gave us two napkins.not nearly enough if you have ever had Carl's Jr before! Fries were good, but we threw everything else away
Quantity of the food was good quality was poor and tasteless and $12.48 for a hamburger I don't care how big it is it's ridiculous I won't go back
Typical Carl's Jr. It was faster going in the lobby compared to drive-thru, not a bad thing! TRY it people!
This Carl's Jr.is easy to get to and has a good-sized parking lot. The dining area was quite clean. My food was delicious, and the service was very good. I'll stop here again.
Friendly service, a little high priced, would like to see them have Ranch or Tarter Sauce, over all it was pretty good.
Order was completely incorrect. I will find a competent store from here on out.
Also waited almost 10 mins for jalapeño poppers, very disappointed.
Went through drive thru. Person taking the order cut me off several times as I was placing order. Got to window where the Shift Leader Michelle, who was not abiding by COVID standards (not wearing a mask) hands me my drink and takes my card. When I told her she should talk to her employee about customer service, I was interrupted and told "She (the employee taking the order) was doing everything correctly. You were being rude". When I called back to the store to get the name and number of the District Manager, the Shift Leader Michelle, said to another employee, "Now he wants the name and number of the District Manager. Like he thinks that will do anything. " This is not how you treat a customer. And if you think it will not go anywhere, Shift Leader Michelle, you better think again. This store is usually pretty good, but this experience was not good.
Fix your attitude, wear a mask and know how to do your job shift leader Michelle. You over charged me and didn’t give me the right drink.
Friendly staff, and unlike some other locations this staff is fast & efficient at getting your out.
