For the most part the service is okay sometimes it's a little sketchy but Hey it's fast food right they got great burgers my favorite fast food restaurant on Lancaster

The soda tasted like water! I saw a rat in the drive thru! And these fries were plastic! The spicy chicken brought back memories though.

Super clean and they played cool music in the dining area. Got our order right and it was all fresh!

Was very slow getting order that had ordered online so figured it would have been ready when we’d gotten there.

Don’t normally eat inside of fast food restaurants but was on my lunch break so figured why not. I was impressed by how clean it was inside and how fast the food came to me. Freedom was very nice and brought my food out to me!

Excellent food with great customer service! Very clean restaurant and great prices! I sure wish we had Carl's Jr in Ohio! Hardee's is the closest thing but falls way, way short! Great job!

I have gone through here twice in the last week requesting a beyond burger and have gotten a regular hamburger. I drive all the way home in Jefferson and can't eat, because I dont eat meat. It was the last of my money it took me so long to get money so I can eat and now I cant. Two times in one week, please check your orders. Guess I can't come here anymore.

If you use a coupon you get the bottom of the french fry pan with all the chips. The dryer pieces of chicken, and stale burger buns. Nice promotion!

Had the new spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was only half the size of the bun. Pretty disappointed with the price vs amount of food I got. Everything else was good. Next time, give me a decent size chicken for my sandwich. It was literally the size of a tender that my daughter got.

My son had an allergy and a gentleman went out of his way to find out the ingredients of the items. When he found they had what my son couldn't have he offered a free dessert. He was so kind and I wish I could remember his name.

Went in this morning to get breakfast burger! Since I’m not able to during the day but the store was really clean which most stores aren’t! Also the manager noemy and her employees looked happy and laughing it was a great environment to be in while eating!

Bring back breakfast burgers all day! I would go in more often!

The service was good and the chicken in the sandwich I ordered was fresh but the lettuce was way past fresh. Slimy is a good description. Once was enough; I won't waste my money again.

Typical fast food, nothing stands out to me. I was suffering from a sleepless night in a tent. It served its purpose

They were out of large cups. They were out of ice tea. They were out of chocolate for milkshakes. Burger didn't taste like other western bacon cheese burgers I've had. Employees were nice. However, I would not recommend stopping here.

Speaking to the owner you should fire your a assistant manager and drove through your drive-thru they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have carbonation for their Cokes so I asked for a discount instead of saying you can get just a burger and fries and that'll be cheaper they were snappy and said there are no discounts and didn't offer the other I order two number ones I get to the drive-thru window and they only had one order ready and only showed one order I ordered further got snappy with I recorded the whole event got my food and the manager was working on the burger line and they oozed my burgers with nothing but juice ruining my food walked in wanting refund they refused so they ended up wearing your food these two have no business managing your store I doubt they would be able to manage the line in prison I will be getting ahold of you I'm going to look your store up at the chamber of commerce and find out who owns it and I'm calling you

Came to get food after work only to have them mistake my order, and not repeat it back upon check out. First gave me a drink that was not what I ordered, so I returned it and parked to wait for my order. Cashier “Jeremy” came out with the wrong order and when asked to correct it, did not and passed our car while vaping out a large cloud of smoke in front of us. I hollered at him about my drink that I wanted and he came out with the wrong size. Small instead of large. Thanks Jermey, hope your nicotine was more important than your job. I will not be returning to this place of business clearly they do not hire mature individuals.
