I would recommend the chicken strips. With fries, a cookie, and soft drink. Pretty good! That is usually they're pretty good. Not good when they're overdone, are the fries or not hot, are the cookie overbaked. Which rarely happens, but does on occasion. The Carl's Jr on 181st avenue is better at getting it right than the Carl's Jr on 148th Street. You can eat indoors at 181st and not at 148th. The managers at both stores are terrific.

Drove by to order some food we ve waited for more than half an hour waiting for the system to reboot
And we pulled up to the window the cashier who was there around 3: 13AM was very rude he told us to go get food from somewhere else
And he was so respectful and careless
We got to the point where he told us to leave and not to wait any more
How rude? I would give this restaurant 0 out of 10
Just for the way how we were treated.

This place is extremely slow on the weekends it takes over 25 minutes just to get through the drive-through I'm not sure if it's the cook or the cashier but they should work on faster service I don't think people want to sit in a drive-through for that long

Always getting my order wrong. Every single time. It's to the point I'm considering it stealing because I pay every time and they always seem to forget something. And make you feel bad when you sit there and check your bag.

They are really slow at times. We got 2 milkshakes and it took 20 minutes and they weren't busy at all.

Avoid drive thru at all cost.took me 40 min to get through and fries were cold and soggy. I would have backed out but there were cars behind me.

Waited in line for 35 min for a delicious burger only for me to get home and THE BUN IS STALE. Im talking so hard i couldnt bite through it. I called the store because it was after hours and i was hoping to get a new one brought out the front door. I did not want to wait another 35 min in the drive through. I called 2 times all the way threw before they put their phone off the hook. Beyond pissed i now have to wait 35 min for something so easily preventable. CLOSE YOUR BUN.

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been. I drive for Lyft and only have as o much time to get food. I had ordered a big chicken with a large vanilla shake.after over 15 min I had to go.no food, no shake, and also no refund because the staff didn't know what to do.

I am very upset. This is twice this location has taken my order and money, but no food or drink. Do not go here.

Good food people were nice and it was fast and efficient I like this restaurant or was going out of the way to help and they treat you like a person every customer service and awesome food on the spending side but it's worth it my favorite is the teriyaki burger or the breakfast burrito in the morning delicious and very filling and that's all goodbye don't bother me I'm eating

Some mean old fat lady held up drive thru line for 20 mins. She wanted water and argued until she got it with her other 4 drinks, and 4 $5 meals.move it along lady!

There signs say one thing but when want to order you are told that is not available. Quit selling couple hrs before.

We like our Carl's Jr staff and the food. We use the sit down as well as the drive-thru services, and are very satisfied. Come join us!:)

I've been here a few times and the service and food has always been just as good as the one on Burnside I regularly visit.

Price similar to every other fast food place. The service is usually slow. The people that work the window are not friendly either. They treat you like you are wasting their time when you order a meal for three people. That's why I decided to never go back. The manager and owner obviously don't care about the customer service severely lacking friendliness. Plus, their biscuits are super greasy and leaves a film on your tongue that tastes chemically.

I don’t always drink.
But when I do, I crave greasy, salty hash-browns and fast-food in the mornings. Service is definitely a lil slow and scattered, here. But it was fresh & hot.and really hit the spot. Definitely way over-priced for crappy fast food. Could’ve gotten WAY a better for the $8 monster /large breakfast combo with orange juice? That I got. But it was so good right now LOL

Standard menu fare, but the people are what make the experience!
Just a word of advice, you need to bring back your, "Sliders", and keep them on the menu.
They were nothing short of amazing!

Takes too long, then they messed my food up in more than one occasion. I go there a lot and there is usually always an issue. Food tastes good

Not four stars because its a four star eatery, but because out of the Carl's Jr establishes ive been to, this one was fast, friendly and they put extra malt in my shake.

I prefer Carl Jr over any other burger place. Low ranking comes from employees only speaking English as far as items on menu. Homeless guy sleeping by the door facing Division in that little spot in the bushes, he was sitting In there a sleep. Ran over nail in parking lot and popped tire.

Went through the drive thru tonight after a long day to grab a quick dinner. There were about 8 cars when I got into line. Took me about 10 minutes to place my order and then over 20 minutes to get my food. I would not normally complain but over 30 minutes is way too long for a drive thru.
