Horrible company full of unprofessional behavior at every turn. They told me they would get my job done and then called me a couple of days before to "offer me a different date" because "their people were on a bigger job and couldn't do my job" even though I have to drive 3 hours to meet them since I'm not living in the area at the moment. I had made plans weeks before to get down there for the installation. Then they pawned me off on a subcontractor who turned out to be a complete joke! He installed the floor wrong, the stairs look ridiculous. I sent him the manufactures instructions a told him he would need to buy the additional material to fix his mistakes.he said, "you don't have a contract with me, it's with Carpet Bazaar, good lucking getting anything out of me bro! " I called Carpet Bazaar to lodge a complaint and get resolution, they've ghosted me for months. They are the most unprofessional lot of folks I've dealt with in years. Just horrible! Run run run far away from this horrific company!

They have Great deals on their carpet and LVP selection in their warehouse, and Lacy and Richard were really friendly and helpful. I would def recommend carpet bazaar to everyone who is looking for flooring!

Nightmare experience with this company. They backed out of a contracted job after only small portion of work completed. 4 missed measuring appointments without a phone call. Lino portion of job pattern poorly match. After I complained they said they would not finish the $7000 job. Very unprofessional.

Lacey was great to work with! She sent us home with several different sample boards to make sure we got the right flooring for our home. She didn't pressure us and was very patient with our questions, multiple visits and indecisiveness. Lacey is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Carpet Bazaar has great prices and a wide variety of in-stock flooring. We will definitely be return customers and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring in the Roseburg area.

The entire experience was amazing. I was buying new flooring for my elderly dad. They took the time to explain which carpet would be best for him and his balancing issues.

Went to Carpet to buy LVP for my home. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

When shopping here I feel comfortable here there is no dumb questions.if you want it, they will try to get it and at a good price.

We moved here 4 years ago and went in to Bizaar, spoke with Bob, he helped us choose the perfect carpet for our home, they installed the carpet in the bedrooms and we absolutely love how it turned out. Here we are 2 years later, because of how wonderful Bob (the then manager) and Tina the owner were to us we chose Bizaar for the wood floors for our entire main floor remodel and we can’t be more happy with the flooring we chose and doing business with Tina, unfortunately due to illness Bob is no longer there but Tina definitely made sure we were happy and took very good care of us, even after they installed and sale was done, she made contact to ensure we are still happy and all is well. We would definitely recommend asking for Tina and doing business with her

We heard from multiple friends that Bazaar was the place to go instead of the warehouses. We had one on one help from someone who actually knew something about carpet. He gave us samples, unlike the warehouse, and gave us an exact price. After we made a selection we had an install in about a week.

Great place, friendly, got out and quoted right away, their installer was the most professional installer that I have ever met. And I was in the business for 20 years.
