Went in with headlights that wouldn't work; I thought it was a fuse since they both failed at the same time, but a clerk pulled and checked the relevant fuses and they looked fine.
Then they really went above and beyond and checked the bulbs themselves (despite headlights being a hassle to mess with), which were unambiguously in need of replacement, and subsequently installed the new ones.
Needless to say, I greatly appreciated the help.edit: I've been avoiding driving at night for a couple of years due to dim headlights, meaning they likely needed changed long before they stopped working completely.
