Lied to us via email and over the phone about a new vehicle they had on site being available. Not until we showed up did they tell us, it wasn't even going to be on the lot for another 2 weeks.

Sarah was very good about answering all my questions and she helped resolve an issue regarding the first employee that I worked with. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get a discount off the sticker price of my "new" vehicle considering it had been used for courtesy passenger transport and had a little over 3400 miles on it but I did get a decent price on my trade in.

Dealership has always treated me nicely. They always take care of me the minute i walk in and always on time getting my vehicle back to me.

Jesus Martinez and John Reuter were great! Jesus never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering him with all my questions. I was never haggled and he got back in touch with me in a timely manner. Within 24 hours from my first call, I was given a fair price for my trade and purchased my new Tahoe. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! What a pleasant surprise!

Put a $1,000 hold on a car and never received any communication after that. The next morning I reached out for the 3rd time and they responded by telling me they sold the car. They already had my $1,000 and RAN MY CREDIT. I will never go to this dealership or refer anyone to it. Throughout the whole process you’re bounced between 3-4 different people. What a joke. Do not go here and waste your time.

I am truly amazed by the customer service. I've had my vehicle serviced there for oil changes and tire rotation as long as I can remember. Please ask for Alex if you need anything!

It was by far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was very comfortable and never felt rushed or pressured. Curtis Staples and the rest of the Carr staff were amazing.

I bought my brand new 2020 spark this year I have got it serviced three times in Las Vegas Florida and Colorado for some reason when I came to this Chevrolet dealership they charged me twice as much just to do an oil change he did not talk to me about the service or offer me any discounts. He did not have a smile on his face and was very short when talking with me I am definitely not going back and if I do I will ask for someone else

I visited CARR to get my 2nd oil change that was awarded to me as part of leasing my 2018 Chevy Volt. Well, when I got there, it turned out that I needed to pay for my oil change. What a terrible surprise! We are still in a pandemic, and I've been teaching from home everyday, while caring for an immune-compromised family member. Needless to say, it hasn't been easy for anyone. Regardless of when I use the credit, I should've still been awarded that 2nd oil change. Super disappointing.

This dealership has amazing costumer service and Ben Mcfadin, the sales person treated us like family. I think that’s what people want when purchasing a car about a sales person. My family and I really enjoyed the service that Ben provided and we would return in a heartbeat. Me and my family have been to a couple other dealerships before here and I would really recommend you coming and checking them out! They are always looking for ways to make you feel comfortable and get you in the car you need.

Had my 2017 So;truck stolen twice in one week. Had to have my Fab reprogrammed and the lgnition changed. Did a great job and also had the brake pedal tension recall done. Great job Carr. John J Campbell.

We had a really nice experience buying our very first electric car. Jesús Martinez answered all our questions and Kindle and with a lot of patience guide us through the process. He even help us to entertain our children while I was signing all the document.
The fact the Jesús also spoke Spanish was very much appreciated it.

The service manager, Gabe, was extremely helpful and genuinely interested in helping me resolve the issues with my vehicle.

Dmitry assisted me and was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He actually owned the same car I was looking (and purchased - a Chevy Bolt) so he was able to answer all me questions with great detail. I was treated very well at the dealership and felt comfortable. I never enjoy buying a car, but I have to say, this experience was very positive. I love my Bolt!
