Don't know what these other people are saying. They're DECENT apartments. Some suspicious people, but they don't seem to bug anyone. The rent has increased because they are actively trying to fix things up. If you follow the rules you're literally fine. If you have any concerns or questions just contact management. As for the mold, per lease it is tenate's responsibly to take care of the mold. If you're not able to do so than you have to hire a professional. Please read and learn your leases. This place is good. Been here for 2 years, no issues.

If I could choose zero stars or negative stars I would! These blocks of apartments are slum! Recently new management have tried to improve conditions and somewhat have but along with much needed improvements came with a " Dictator like communistic regime rule " over these mostly innocent Americans! Very sad, Very true and us poor disadvantaged people have no power to change this and no options to leave. My family and I happily moved in about 5 years ago and are now trapped here without funds to move away and rent has more than doubled since we moved in.every day it becomes even harder to leave.

Me and my family lived there for over 12 years worse apartments ever my dad died because there’s mold all in those apartments they never fix things that need to be fixed never fixed the doors like they were supposed to the floors were nasty and falling apart cats that I had died because of the mold There’s always syringes on the ground in plain sight a lot of people that love there do drugs the apartments always have garbage everywhere it’s unreal and that’s not all.but never move there you may lose someone you love because of it. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya
