3They always take forever to answer the phone you will be on hold for like 20 minutes just to talk to receptionist
We were on the fence with getting the tongue tie procedure done for our child, but after several sessions with our Lactation Consultant and scouring the website by Dr. Ghaheri (and fitting a ton of the symptoms) we decided to schedule the visit. We got to be seen by Dr. Brown and she's amazing. She gave us the time we needed to understand the procedure and aftercare, answered all of our questions, and it felt safe to have her take my son away for the procedure. 3 minutes later and it was done. The office gave us tons of time to calm our son down and do a feeding before we left.
The office staff and nurses were friendly and helpful and the office space was nice to be in.
We are almost done now with the tongue stretching excercises and we have seen tons of improvement in nursing for both my son and I. Totally worth it!
Dr. Brown is amazing. In my work I see a lot of complaints about doctors so I am very cautious and watch for red flags. Dr. Brown passes with flying green colors! I am very impressed with how thorough she is and isn’t rushed. Highly recommend.
