Huge shout out to Carz planet. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Will and James went above and beyond to get us the truck we wanted and help us through the process, with absolutely no pressure. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable. When inquiring on a ford f-150 to many dealerships, Carz Planet by far made my experience go along more smoothly than other car lots I have previously visited. Over the phone, Nima seemed to have a clear sense of their inventory as he helped guide me to the right truck. When arriving at Carz Planet, several ford trucks were parked in a line for me to choose from. Nima accompanied me on the test drive and I was able to leave with my new car for a great price! Sammy got me approved for the truck in no time and I was in and out of Carz Planet in record time. They had world-class customer service and clearly stress customer satisfaction. Most definitely will be coming back as well as sending my friends this way. Thank you!

I purchased a truck a little of a year ago and paid to much for it but couldn't find trucks at that time had it shipped to me in Georgia iv managed to put 3 thousand miles on it and spent 8k on it and it still isn't able to go 10 miles without being towed home.just don't trust a dealership any dealership.find someone local to look at it before purchasing it

**** Buyers Beware! If you willing to go through, lies, pressure, and disrespect. You're welcome to stop by. I visited this place and looked at a car, met the 2 Iranian brothers running the business. When I pointed out their cover ups, they excused the poor repainting and damages as completely "normal" and expected. The next interactions only got worse. Please stay away!

James and Sammy both did an excellent job working with us on getting this truck before we drove 5 hours to see them. The communication between us and them was on point.any little detail james got ahold of me and gave me the run down of everything.they made a hard transaction into a smooth, easy non pressure experience.my wife and I will definitely be back for another truck and will recommend them to others. This was the worst experience I have ever had looking at a vehicle. They lied every step of the way, and pushed on a very sensitive subject in my personal life until I was in tears, while I was already trying to leave.

I told a sales rep what kind of truck I was looking for and my price range, and he said to come on out, that he had tons to choose from, and he’d pull them all up for me to look at. He also said to talk to him, because he had the authority to negotiate price.

None of those things were true. They didn’t have a single vehicle with the features I was looking for in my budget (there are plenty on the market, just not at this dealer), they didn’t have trucks pulled up for me to look at, and the guy who insisted he help me wasn’t the one who I spoke with on the phone, and apparently had no authority on prices.

I was told they’d lower the price on one truck I was interested in to be in budget, but to test drive it I had to qualify for a loan. I’ve already qualified for loans elsewhere, so that shouldn’t have been an issue. They ran my credit and said I needed a co-signer. I made it very clear that I don’t have a co-signer, and was trying to leave when he pushed and pushed me about the co-signer issue by telling me to “just ask my parents” (I’m in my late 20’s, btw) until I said, through tears, that I’m estranged from my family and parents for very personal, emotionally intense reasons.

It was just insane treatment. Not everyone has parents, not everyone has relationship with their parents, etc. It was so wild that he kept pushing me to talk to my parents when I was VERY clear that I had no one I could ask to co-sign.

AND, I didn’t even need this truck. I have other options. I was trying to leave when I was pushed into an emotional response.

Awful, awful place.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from them I did have intentions to, but after there safety inspection of the vehicle they found a issue with the car that prevented them from being able to sell it at the moment. The fact that they were honest and took mine and my family’s safety into account instead of making a buck is AWESOME AND APPRECIATED they were a great team to work with, Sam and Nima were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Oh yea and Mr. Vegas himself. I will definitely keep them in mind when I continue my search for an upgrade.

Rami and the whole team over at carzplanet went above and beyond helping me find the perfect truck. I am truly astonished by the customer service at this facility and floored with the patients and helpfulness of the whole staff. I have purchased many used cars before from well known highly rated companies like BMW Portland and have never had even close to this level of customer service. If you're in the market for a truck or high-end vehicle, these are the guys to go to. 5 starts isn't enough. These guys are the best in town, hands down.

For me, car shopping is worse than shopping in a shoe store. Then I met Paymon and Rami from Carz Planet. I’ve never had a fun car buying experience before as I did with these guys. Paymon was very patient and there to answer any questions he could without being over pushy. Rami, although a salesman, had a great sense of humor and was enjoyable to engage in conversation. Made me laugh several times. This purchase was a huge deal for me financially and I’m glad these gentlemen were a part of it. Plus, so far I’m really enjoying our almost new F-350 crew cab. If you’re looking for a used truck in the Portland area, I recommend talking with Rami and/or Paymon. Ask for one of them by name and I’m sure they will treat you right.
