I rarely write reviews, but these are well-deserved. My review has two parts.

I found Dr. Cooper after 9 months of terrible physical therapy from a car accident. I was hardly any better off and my physical therapists were suggesting cervical spine surgery when I wasn’t getting any relief from them. Enter Dr. Cooper. He adjusted me after taking 8 x-rays of my neck. I had instant relief. Unfortunately my neck had resembled a Jenga tower at the end of the game (and had been that way for 9 months), so healing has been a long process. He was the only health professional for years to get me any kind of relief.

Enter Gabe Feit. Former personal trainer turned massage therapist. Honestly, I had low expectations going in. I’ve tried dozens of massage therapists in the last 5 years. None of them helped any of my symptoms for more than a few hours.
I’ve had four 1 hour sessions with him, and my body literally looks different. He just digs in scar tissue, adhesions that feel like they’ve been Gorilla-glued together, and golf-ball sized knots like butter. His technique is gradually increasing intensity, constantly checking in with you for pressure and location of pain, and PNF. I would not recommend Gabe if you are looking to fall asleep. He’s actually going to get joints to move in ways they haven’t in a very long time, and sometimes you have to remember to breathe. After my last session, my shoulders and neck felt so light I thought I was floating. He’s worth every penny, and my adjustments by Dr. Cooper afterwards were better than usual.

The chiropractor himself is great, but the front desk staff is awful. If they could get different staffing that took accountability for their errors with the automated system, instead of blaming their customers for it then this would be a much better establishment.

For my first visit to a chiropractor, Dr. Cooper has relieved me of so much pain in the next that I’ve had for 1 yr. Wish I could have gone sooner. I feel like 90% better with that one visit. Thank you Dr. Cooper. Very one is so friendly and helpful.

Won't be back. Dr Cooper def gave me some snake oil sales man vibes. Ohh look the he exclaimed! "See how you're moving so much better. " Umm of course, you instructed me to move, stretch, bend. Anyone will feel overall relaxed after doing that during a 60 min appointment. He is great at "validating" your pain. Which in itself is a tactic. Another critique is that "atlas method" what a joke. Imagine getting tapped on your neck by a ballpoint pen! I always feel better after Chiropractic visits but this one I did not and felt ripped off. Overall not worth exposing myself to harmful radiation as well.

I highly recommend Tyrel Johnson and Cascade Chiropractic. I was injured in an MVA and received excellent care from him and the staff at Cascade. Dr Johnson is professional, attentive, kind, and his adjustments produced results, helping me get back to essential activities in life. Thank you.

Dr. Eddins is an incredible doctor and overall human. I had debilitating migraines which she was able to cure within one visit! I am LGBTQ+ and she offers incredible, affirming care! Dr. E is an asset to this practice and stands out in the field.

I have been adjusted by many doctors and truly feel like I get exceptional care at Cascade! Alex is so sweet and friendly at the front desk, and my experiences with Dr. Cooper have been wonderful. My son got adjusted today (he is 1) and he didn't cry at all because Dr. Cooper was so gentle! Highly recommend.

I see Dr. Eddins and she is a life changer! I had multiple migraines a month and a headache everyday before i went to go see her. It’s been like 7 months without a migraine and that is life changing for me. She’s also helped me feel better all throughout my body and my back pain that I didn’t even think was fixable, she fixed me!:) Everyone here at the clinic is so amazing and friendly! I was in a couple of car accidents y i do construction for living and after going through several chiropractor I really didn’t think that there was anyone out there that could fix my back and neck but after i was referred to dr Robin Eddins my whole life changed in pain free I really recommend coming to see her thank you dr Eddins

I have gone to many chiropractors. In Virginia, where I’m originally from, Maryland, California and now Oregon. Out of all of the places I’ve been to, including The Joint Chiropractic, Dr Chris Cooper has been the only one who could actually locate and get to source my back problems and heal it. After years of spending time and money, I finally found someone with the skills to actually facilitate the healing I so desperately needed. I highly recommend Cascade Chiropractic & Wellness.

The entire staff here is amazing. I have worked with all 3 doctors but I see Dr Cooper mainly because of my schedule. At first I was scared and honestly didn’t believe in chiropractors but my acupuncture assured me Dr Cooper was going to take amazing care of me. My back injury was a roller coaster unfortunately but I was able to get the help and treatment I needed here. I am so thankful and grateful for this amazing clinic, I was living what felt like a prison due to my own back pain. I am so glad I trusted in Dr Cooper. Due to my case being so special I will continue treatment for a few more months but I will say I have made tremendous improvement. I know the cascade family will be here to help me and anyone who needs it. If your double guessing chiropractors like I was I assure you these are the REAL DEAL!

If you haven’t had a chiropractor who adjusts with the Atlas Orthogonal technique, then you’re missing out. I’ve found a few who specialize in that but it’s all they do, which isn’t helpful. Cascade Chiropractic is by far the best because they adjust your whole spine, including Atlas work, finally fixing neck problems that have plagued me forever. Dr Johnson is wonderful- friendly and great at what he does. The whole staff is friendly, including the pups, and you can schedule online which is so convenient.

Dr. Cooper has helping me to mitigate issues that I experience with vertigo and neck pain since 2018 through orthogonal atlas adjustment. It has been helpful enough over the last few years that I was able to convince my *never-going-to-a-chiropractor* mother to become a patient for her arthritis. She now describes Dr. Cooper as a "miracle worker".

More recently, I had been training for a 50k trail running race and packing on the long distance miles. On one of my longer training runs leading up to the race, I somehow managed to injure my foot due to the camber of the road. Hardly able to walk, and certain I wouldn't be able to compete in the race, I casually mentioned to Dr. Cooper (during a routine neck adjustment visit) about the foot-figuring that there was nothing he'd be able to do as it felt like a stress fracture. Lo and behold, with a quick painless tug I felt the foot adjust and by the next day, I was back in action and ready to run! I was able to race the 50k with NO pain and no further injury. I too now describe Dr. Cooper as a "miracle worker".

Dr. Johnson is 5/5 stars! He has a excellent bedside manner and helps me manage my chronic back pain. The office is always clean and welcoming.
