It was the best experience I've ever had with any medical procedure! Nice, friendly staff and the procedure was explained to me in detail. I was relaxed and comfortable through the whole thing. Thank you so much CEC! Everyone was amazing! Christian, who took care of me was the very best! Special thanks for his step by step detailed explanations of what they we're going to do. He put my mind at ease instantly! I was nervous about the whole thing and he helped so much!

From the time I came through the door it was great. Front desk to everyone I came into contact with was wonderful. Dr Park kept me informed and was wonderful as well.

My procedure went well. It was super smooth. I called before I came in because my bowel cleanse wasn’t looking complete. They worked with me to help me keep my appointment and be on time.

Cascade Endoscopy Center is a very caring facility. They were also efficient. They got me into a bed quickly and got me into my procedure soon after that.
The staff were very friendly and patient and made me feel quite comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend this facility.

Way different experience than with Eugene Gastro. I have gone to Cascade twice now and like them much better. They are friendly and followed the request of my primary care doc for a routine checkup without hoops, where Eugene Gastro declined to make an appt claiming they wouldn't get me in for another year because I wasn't "due" so they would not set an appt. I thought that was pretty haughty of them never having seen me before, and disrespectful of my primary docs request which was easily within the screen guidlines for age. Due to that I called Cascade who set up the appt, and it was easy. Staff is friendly, instructions were clear and answered all questions and before I knew it was all done.

I recently had an endoscopy at Cascade & the entire staff was attentive, kind, and excellent at what they do. They explained the procedure in detail which eased my mind.

I was very happy with my experience at cascade Endoscopy. The Doctor & nurse's were very professional and caring. I was treated good.

My experience was good. Nurses and doctor were very thorough and informative. Only problem I see the wait in the waiting room before the procedure…especially when all my information forms had been filled out before the appointment. It took all of five minutes to sign documents.

My experience was very easy from scheduling, to the end of the procedure.
The entire staff, and Dr were awesome and very caring.
I will definitely recommend your office.
