We were very impressed in our tour of the property and enjoyed the staff. The people we met who lived there have a good report and it was great to meet Jeff and several staff. We enjoyed our lunch which was very tasty.
My mom has lived in Cascade Park for 6 years and she hates it. It has gone downhill by a lot since she moved in. There are no waitresses, there has been a missing manager for the last 3 years, the food is ALL buffet and sits for 3 hours and is cold and is not replaced at all. There hasn't been a cook (the last one walked out after 1 day) for the past few years and the remaining staff has to fill in. It is all frozen food. There are no fun activities, and there is no driver for the vans so the fill-in managers have to drive and only when absolutely needed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
